Claims (8)
- 患者の脈管を通って前進されるように構成される伸長された脈管内装置において、
伸長された導電体と、
前記伸長された導電体と同軸に配置された第1の導電性層と、
前記伸長された導電体と前記第1の導電性層との間に配置された少なくとも一つの誘電性層と、
第1の端部が前記伸長された導電体に電気的に接続され、かつ第2の端部が前記第1の導電性層に電気的に結合された導電性コイルと、
前記伸長された導電体と同軸に配置された導電性シールド層とを具備し、前記伸長された導電体と前記同軸の導電性層との間に配置された少なくとも一つの前記誘電性層が、前記伸長された導電体と前記シールド層との間に配置された第1の誘電性層、並びに前記シールド層と第1の導電性層との間に配置された第2の誘電性層からなり、
前記伸長された導電体、前記導電性層、前記誘電性層および前記コイルからなる回路が、前記導電性コイルを有するアンテナのインピーダンスと送信線のインピーダンスとを整合させるインピーダンス整合回路を形成している脈管内装置。 - 前記第1の導電性層と同軸に配置された第2の導電性層であって、前記伸長された導電体および前記コイルの第1の端部に電気的に接続された第2の導電性層と、
前記第1の導電性層と第2の導電性層との間に配置された第3の誘電性層とをさらに備えた請求項1の脈管内装置。 - 前記第1の誘電性層が前記伸長された導電体の上に配置され、前記シールド層が前記第1の誘電性層の上に配置され、前記第2の誘電性層が前記シールド層の上に配置され、前記第1の導電性層が前記第2の誘電性層の上に配置され、前記第3の誘電性層が前記第1の導電性層の上に配置され、かつ前記第2の導電性層が前記第3の誘電性層の上に配置された請求項2の脈管内装置。
- 前記コイルが前記伸長された導電体の第1の長手部分の周りに巻かれ、前記第1の誘電性層が前記伸長された導電体の第2の長手部分の上に配置され、前記シールド層が前記第1の誘電性層の上に配置され、前記第2の誘電性層が前記シールド層の上に配置され、かつ前記第1の導電性層が第2の誘電性層の上に配置されるとともに、
前記伸長された導電体の第3の長手部分の上に同軸に第3の誘電性層が配置され、前記導電体の第1の長手部分が前記第2および第3の長手部分間に伸長されて長手に配置され、
さらに、前記第3の誘電性層の上に同軸に第2の導電性シールド層が配置されて前記第1の導電性層および前記コイルの第2の端部に電気的に結合されている請求項1の脈管内装置。 - 前記導電性コイルが、電磁信号を受信し、該信号を前記伸長された導電体に送信するように構成されたアンテナである請求項1の脈管内装置。
- 前記脈管内装置がカテーテルであって、前記伸長された導電体、前記第1の導電性層、少なくとも一つの前記誘電性層、および前記コイルが該カテーテル軸内に配置されている請求項1の脈管内装置。
- ガイドワイヤをさらに備え、前記カテーテルが該ガイドワイヤに対して軸方向に可動である請求項6の脈管内装置。
- ガイドワイヤを備え、前記伸長された導電体、前記第1の導電性層、および少なくとも一つの前記誘電性層が該ガイドワイヤ上に配置された請求項1の脈管内装置。
