Description
すなわち、切断片に切断された排出溶融樹脂が、水を張った水路水槽のスクリュコンベアにより搬送されることにより、高温の排出樹脂材料が冷却され固形化されながら水中あるいは水面に浮遊した状態で機械的に順次輸送される。その結果、高温の排出樹脂材料を、作業者を必要とせず、単純な装置により容易に、熱による傷害の危険性が無く安全に、輸送することが可能になった。さらには、作業者の搬送作業用の作業スペースが不要になり安全となった。

Claims (2)
- 押出機に接続されたダイバータバルブ(1)の排出口(1a)に切断装置(2)を設け、前記切断装置(2)の下面側縁に一端が支持された案内板(3)が設けられ、前記案内板(3)の一端には冷却水配管(4)が連結され、前記切断装置(2)の下方にスクリュコンベア(6)を水中に有すると共にキャスター(5a)により移動可能な水路水槽(5)を配置し、前記水路水槽(5)の他端(5c)に水を張った貯留水槽(8)を連結し、前記ダイバータバルブ(1)から排出された排出溶融樹脂を前記切断装置(2)で切断して切断片(1B)とし、この切断片(1B)を前記水路水槽(5)の全長に等しい長さの前記スクリュコンベア(6)で前記貯留水槽(8)に搬送する場合、前記排出溶融樹脂を前記ダイバータバルブ(1)から排出する前に、前記押出機の正常運転時は撤去されている前記水路水槽(5)を、その一端(5b)を前記ダイバータバルブ(1)の排出口(1a)の下方に位置させると共に前記案内板(3)の下方の先端縁が前記一端(5b)の前記水路水槽(5)内に位置するように配置し、前記切断装置(2)により切断された前記排出溶融樹脂の切断片(1B)は前記冷却水配管(4)からの水(4a)と共に冷却されながら前記水路水槽(5)内へ落下して前記水路水槽(5)で水中あるいは水面に浮遊した状態で前記スクリュコンベア(6)の搬送作用によって下流へ搬送されて前記貯留水槽(8)内に搬送することを特徴とする押出機よりの排出溶融樹脂の搬送方法。
- 押出機に接続されたダイバータバルブ(1)の排出口(1a)に切断装置(2)が設けられ、前記切断装置(2)の下方にスクリュコンベア(6)を水中に有すると共にキャスター(5a)により移動可能な水路水槽(5)が配置され、前記水路水槽(5)の他端(5c)に水を張った貯留水槽(8)が連結され、前記ダイバータバルブ(1)から排出された排出溶融樹脂が前記切断装置(2)で切断片(1B)に切断されて前記水路水槽(5)の全長に等しい長さの前記スクリュコンベア(6)で前記貯留水槽(8)に搬送する場合、前記排出溶融樹脂を前記ダイバータバルブ(1)から排出する前に、前記押出機の正常運転時は撤去されている前記水路水槽(5)を、その一端(5b)を前記ダイバータバルブ(1)の排出口(1a)の下方に位置させると共に前記案内板(3)の下方の先端縁が前記一端(5b)の前記水路水槽(5)内に位置するように配置し、前記切断装置(2)により切断された前記排出溶融樹脂の切断片(1B)は前記冷却水配管(4)からの水(4a)と共に冷却されながら前記水路水槽(5)内へ落下して前記水路水槽(5)で水中あるいは水面に浮遊した状態で前記スクリュコンベア(6)の搬送作用によって下流へ搬送されて前記貯留水槽(8)内に搬送するように構成したことを特徴とする押出機よりの排出溶融樹脂の搬送装置。
