Claims (1)
- 水素処理が施された光ファイバから1次被覆を除去する工程、1次被覆を除去して露出した裸光ファイバのコアに紫外線を照射してグレーティングを作製する工程、前記グレーティングを作製した部分にアニール処理を施す工程及び前記グレーティングを作製した部分をパッケージで覆う工程を有するグレーティング型光部品のパッケージング方法であって、
前記グレーティングを作製する工程、前記パッケージで覆う工程、前記アニール処理を施し前記水素処理に伴う水素を前記光ファイバから除去する工程の順に行うことを特徴とするグレーティング型光部品のパッケージング方法。
