Description
本発明の別の長所は汚染除去サイクルの条件調節段階の間で過酸化水素蒸気の濃度を増加できる前述のシステムにある。
本発明のさらなる別の長所は条件調節段階の間に、少量の殺菌剤を使用して殺菌剤濃度レベルを達成できる前述のシステムにある。
操作段階でシステム10が作動するようプログラムされる。
その後、通風段階を実施して過酸化水素蒸気(VHP)のレベルを許容できる閾値(約1ppm)にまで下げる。この点に関しては、理解できるように、空気および殺菌剤を送風機82で閉鎖循環システムを循環し続け、それによって過酸化水素蒸気(VHP)の最後の分が触媒分解装置92によって分解される。
Claims (10)
- 規定された領域を汚染除去する蒸気汚染除去システムであって、
領域を規定するチャンバと、
過酸化水素蒸気を前記領域に供給し、第1の流体経路を規定する閉鎖環状循環システムと、
前記第1の流体経路内に配置され、過酸化水素と水の溶液から過酸化水素蒸気を発生させる発生器と、
前記発生器の上流の前記第1の流体経路内に配置され、前記過酸化水素蒸気を分解する分解装置と、
前記第1の流体経路の一部に前記分解装置が配置されており、バイパス導管の第1の端は前記領域と前記分解装置の間の前記第1の流体経路に流体接続されており、第2の端は、前記分解装置と前記発生器の間の前記第1の流体経路に流体接続されており、前記第1の流体経路の前記一部を迂回するバイパス導管と、
前記バイパス導管の前記第1の端に接続されており、弁の第1の位置は、前記第1の流体経路の前記一部を通じて前記第1の流体経路に流れるように導き、弁の第2の位置は、前記第1の流体経路の前記一部と前記分解装置をバイバスする前記バイパス導管を通じて前記第1の流体経路に流れるように導く弁と、
発生器によって発生された前記過酸化水素蒸気の全てを、所定の操作段階の間は、前記分解装置を迂回するよう操作可能なコントローラと
を備える蒸気汚染除去システム。 - 前記コントローラは乾燥操作段階、条件調節操作段階、汚染除去操作段階および通風操作段階を含むようにプログラムされる、請求項1に記載の蒸気汚染除去システム。
- 前記コントローラによって、前記条件調節段階の間に、前記過酸化水素蒸気の全てを前記分解装置から迂回させる、請求項2に記載の蒸気汚染除去システム。
- 前記分解装置の下流側に空気乾燥器を備える、請求項1に記載の蒸気汚染除去システム。
- 空気乾燥器は、前記第1の流体経路の前記一部内に配置される、請求項4に記載の蒸気汚染除去システム。
- 閉鎖環内を流れる蒸気相の汚染除去システムであって、
入口ポートおよび出口ポートを備えた密封可能なチャンバと、
前記入口ポートに流体接続された第1の端部と前記出口ポートに流体接続された第2の端部とを備え、前記密封可能なチャンバを通じて蒸気相の汚染除去剤を循環する第1の流体経路を規定した閉鎖環状導管システムと、
搬送ガスをチャンバ内に流し、チャンバを通し、チャンバ内から出して再循環させる送風機と、
殺菌剤蒸気を前記入口ポートの上流側の前記搬送ガス流に供給する供給源と、
前記送風機と、殺菌剤蒸気を供給する前記供給源と、第1の流体経路内に配置され、前記出口ポートの下流側にあって殺菌剤蒸気を分解する分解装置と、
前記閉鎖環状導管システムに接続されたバイパス導管は、前記第1の流体経路の一部を迂回する第2の流体経路として規定され、分解装置は前記バイパス導管によって迂回された前記第1の流体経路の前記一部に配置され、前記送風機と前記殺菌剤蒸気を供給する前記供給源は前記第2の流体経路内に配置されるバイパス導管と、
前記第1の流体経路に前記搬送ガスを導く弁の第1の位置と、前記第2の流体経路に前記搬送ガスを導く弁の第2の位置を有し、前記バイパス導管に結合された弁と、
前記弁の切替位置を制御するコントローラと
を備えるシステム。 - 前記殺菌剤は過酸化水素蒸気である、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラによって、条件調節操作段階の間に、流れを前記第2の流体経路にのみ導く、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記分解装置の下流側に配置された空気乾燥器を備える、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記送風機は前記チャンバの下流側であって、前記分解装置と前記チャンバとの間に配置される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
