Claims (6)
- 液晶ディスプレイのバックライト光源中に応用される、三原色発光ダイオードがマトリクス配置された装置であって、
少なくとも一つの第1のLEDと、
少なくとも一つの第2のLEDと、
少なくとも一つの第3のLEDと、を備えた三原色発光ダイオードがマトリクス配置された装置において、
前記第1のLED、前記第2のLEDおよび前記第3のLEDは4×4の少なくとも一つの最小マトリクスセルとして配列されており、前記第1のLED、前記第2のLEDおよび前記第3のLEDの個数比は2:1:1となっており、かつ前記複数のマトリクスセルにおける各列および各行は二つの前記複数の第1のLEDを有し、かつ隣接しておらず、前記複数のマトリクスセルの各々における各列の各行はそれぞれ一つの第2のLEDおよび一つの前記第3のLEDを有している、ことを特徴とする三原色発光ダイオードがマトリクス配置された装置。 - 前記第1のLED、前記第2のLEDおよび前記第3のLEDがそれぞれ赤色LED、緑色LEDおよび青色LEDからなる群から選ばれる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の三原色発光ダイオードがマトリクス配置された装置。
