[式中、Fは力であり、そしてsはたわみ(deflection)である]
を用いた力/たわみ直線の傾きで決まる。その上、スプリング構成要素の場合、許容ばね限界応力(spring limit stress)が特徴的な特徴であり、これは、DIN 2088およびDIN 2089に従い、引張り強度Rmに定数を掛けることで計算される。前記定数はスプリングの幾何学的形状および用途に応じて0.4から0.7であるが、これは個々の環境に依存する。

Claims (11)
- 炭素を0.03から0.1%(%は、質量%を指す。以下同様)、
ケイ素を0.2〜0.9%、
マンガンを0.3から1%、
クロムを13から20%、
ニッケルを0.5%未満、
モリブデンを0.1から1.5%、
銅を0.1から0.5%、
窒素を0.03から0.052%、
ホウ素を10ppm未満、
チタンを0.01%未満、
ニオブを0.15から0.17%、
バナジウムを0.02から0.25%、
アルミニウムを0.002%未満、
含有していて残りが鉄であるフェライト系クロム鋼を耐食性スプリング構成要素用材料として用いる使用。 - ホウ素含有量が10ppm未満でありそして/またはアルミニウム含有量が0.002%未満である請求項1記載のクロム鋼を耐食性スプリング構成要素用材料として用いる使用。
- 炭素および窒素含有量が条件
(C%)/(N%)=0.8〜2.0
を満足させることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のクロム鋼を耐食性スプリング構成要素用材料として用いる使用。 - ニオブ、バナジウムおよびチタン含有量が条件
[(Nb%)+(V%)]/10(Ti%)=5から17
を満足させることを特徴とする請求項1から3の1項記載のクロム鋼を耐食性スプリング構成要素用材料として用いる使用。 - 溶体化処理、冷間加工そして低温の焼き戻しを受けた状態である請求項1から4の1項記載のクロム鋼を耐食性スプリング構成要素用材料として用いる使用。
- 寸法安定性を示す低歪み性物体を打ち抜き加工または切断加工で製造するための請求項1から5の1項記載のクロム鋼を耐食性スプリング構成要素用材料として用いる使用。
- リーフスプリング、ウィンドスクリーンワイパー用スプリングレール、内燃機関用ピストンリング、油圧装置用シーリングラメラ、繊維機械用リードラメラおよび皮膚に接触する製品用の材料としての請求項1から6の1項記載のクロム鋼を耐食性スプリング構成要素用材料として用いる使用。
- ストランド形態の材料が示すスプリング特性を向上させる方法であって、
炭素を0.03から0.1%(%は、質量%を指す。以下同様)、
ケイ素を0.2〜0.9%、
マンガンを0.3から1%、
クロムを13から20%、
ニッケルを0.5%未満、
モリブデンを0.1から1.5%、
銅を0.1から0.5%、
窒素を0.03から0.052%、
ホウ素を10ppm未満、
チタンを0.01%未満、
ニオブを0.15から0.17%、
バナジウムを0.02から0.25%、
アルミニウムを0.002%未満、
含有していて残りが鉄であるフェライト系クロム鋼に冷間加工を変形度合が40%以下であるように受けさせた後、溶体化処理を受けさせ、そして水冷する方法。 - 溶体化処理を1000から1200℃で行うことを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記溶体化処理を受けさせておいた鋼に冷間加工を変形度合が65%以下であるように受けさせることを特徴とする請求項8または9記載の方法。
- 前記冷間加工を受けさせておいた鋼に熱時効硬化を100から400℃の温度で受けさせることを特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。
