Description
工作機械に限らず機械の分野においては、移動体の位置決めのための位置検出装置を設けることが難しい状況で、位置決めを正確に行うことが種々の場面で要求されている。従って、上述のような問題は、工作機械の割出しという場面以外でも生じている。
固定体に嵌合して摺動回転する移動体を前記固定体に対し目標とする位置に回転して位置決めする方法であって、
前記固定体に対し前記移動体を移動させる負荷が所定値より小さい場合には、前記移動体が目標とされる位置に来たと判断されたときに位置決めを終了し、
前記負荷が所定値より大きい場合には前記移動体が目標とされる位置に来たと判断されても位置決めを終了せず、前記移動体を別の位置であるリトライ開始位置に移動し、そこから目標とされる位置へ移動するリトライ動作を行い、このリトライ動作を所定回数行って前記負荷が所定値より小さくなった場合には位置決めを終了することを特徴とするものである。
工作機械のラム1内には、主軸2が支持されている。この主軸2は、ギヤ列、変速機を介して主軸駆動用モータ3に連結されている。ラム1に、アタッチメント4が着脱自在に装着される。アタッチメント4は、ラム1の下面に固定される固定部5と固定部5の内側に固定部5に対し摺動回転可能な旋回部(回転部)6とを備えている。固定部5と旋回部6との間には、油溝7が形成されており、更に旋回部6の周囲にはOリング8が設けられている。従って、旋回部6は、固定部5に対し摺動回転する際、Oリング8が固定部5の内面に摺接することになる。油溝7に供給される油圧は工具の脱着等のための油圧である。固定部5の上面には、ラム1側に固定するためのクランプ軸9が設けられている。
割出しに際し、先ずクランプ用のギヤカップリング11がアンクランプされる (ステップS1)。次いで、工作機械の制御装置より割出指令が出される(ステップS2)。割出指令が出されると、主軸駆動用モータ3が駆動され、主軸2と連結された状態にある旋回部6が回転される。制御装置に備わっているカウンタはゼロとされる(ステップS3)。旋回部5の割出位置への移動及び位置決めはフィードバック制御によりなされる。

Claims (5)
- 固定体に嵌合して摺動回転する移動体を前記固定体に対し目標とする位置に回転して位置決めする方法であって、
前記固定体に対し前記移動体を移動させる負荷が所定値より小さい場合には、前記移動体が目標とされる位置に来たと判断されたときに位置決めを終了し、
前記負荷が所定値より大きい場合には前記移動体が目標とされる位置に来たと判断されても位置決めを終了せず、前記移動体を別の位置であるリトライ開始位置に移動し、そこから目標とされる位置へ移動するリトライ動作を行い、このリトライ動作を所定回数行って前記負荷が所定値より小さくなった場合には位置決めを終了することを特徴とする移動体の位置決め方法。 - あるリトライ開始位置からのリトライ動作を所定回数行っても位置決めが終了しなかった場合には、前記リトライ開始位置を変えて、別のリトライ動作を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動体の位置決め方法。
- 複数の別のリトライ動作を行っても位置決めが終了しなかった場合に警告を発することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動体の位置決め方法。
- 前記移動体がモータにより駆動されるものであり、前記負荷が前記モータの負荷電流であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の移動体の位置決め方法。
- 前記固定体が工作機械に装着されるアタッチメントの固定部であり、前記移動体が、前記固定部に摺動回転可能に支持された当該アタッチメントの旋回部であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の移動体の位置決め方法。
