【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ソレノイドの駆動力によりパチンコ玉を受け入れない起立状態とパチンコ玉を受け入れることができる傾斜状態とに変化可能な一対の開閉部材と、該一対の開閉部材の先端上部に配置されてパチンコ玉の通過を検出する検出スイッチと、を備えたパチンコ機の入賞装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、パチンコ遊技機の遊技盤面に設けられる入賞装置であって、一対の開閉部材を備えた入賞装置においては、パチンコ玉を受け入れない起立状態では、その一対の開閉部材の先端間隔がパチンコ玉の直径よりも僅かに広い間隔になるように一対の開閉部材を軸支していた。しかし、このような入賞装置において、図9及び図10に示すように、一対の開閉部材30a,30bの先端上部に検出スイッチ24を接近して設置した場合、開閉部材30a,30bが開放してもパチンコ玉を受け入れ可能な傾斜状態でのスイッチ取付部11の端面と開閉部材30a,30bとの間隔(図10中A寸法)が十分にとれず、パチンコ玉を容易に受け入れることができなかった。このため、起立状態での一対の開閉部材30a,30bの先端間隔を前述の間隔に保ち、且つ傾斜状態での検出スイッチ取付部の端面と開閉部材との間隔をパチンコ玉が通過できるようにするため、スイッチ11と開閉部材30a,30bの先端との間隔が大きくなるように開閉部材30a,30bを軸支していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、近年、図1に示すように、パチンコ遊技機1の遊技盤2に取り付けられる変動表示装置3等の役物や変動入賞球装置6のサイズが大きくなる傾向にある。変動表示装置3等の役物や変動入賞球装置6のサイズが大きくなると、変動表示装置3等の役物と変動入賞球装置6との間のスペースが十分にとれなくなり、その間に配置される入賞装置5の高さ寸法を小さくする必要がある。しかし、前述したように、スイッチ11と開閉部材30a,30bの先端との間隔が大きくなるように開閉部材30a,30bを軸支した入賞装置5は、その高さ寸法が大きいため、配置することができないという欠点があった。本発明は、上記した事情に鑑みなされたもので、その目的とするところは、開閉部材の先端上部に検出スイッチを配置した場合でも高さ寸法を小さくすることができ、更に、パチンコ玉が入賞した場合に玉詰まりを起こすことのないパチンコ遊技機の入賞装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記した目的を達成するために本発明が採用した具体的な解決手段を図面を参照して説明する。請求項1の発明においては、図5に示すように、ソレノイド40の駆動力によりパチンコ玉を受け入れない起立状態とパチンコ玉を受け入れることができる傾斜状態とに変化可能な一対の開閉部材30a,30bと、該一対の開閉部材30a,30bの先端上部に配置されてパチンコ玉の通過を検出する検出スイッチ24と、を備えたパチンコ遊技機1の入賞装置5において、前記起立状態における前記一対の開閉部材30a,30bの先端間隔を、前記検出スイッチ24を取り付けるスイッチ取付部11の横幅寸法とほぼ同じ寸法となるように前記一対の開閉部材30a,30bを軸支すると共に、一対の開閉部材30a,30bの間であって傾斜状態で受け入れたパチンコ玉を一方の開閉部材30aに向けて誘導する誘導突起21を一方の開閉部材30aの軸支部近傍に突設し、一対の開閉部材30a,30bの下方に設けられ且つ前記傾斜状態で受け入れたパチンコ玉を後方へ向けて誘導する誘導底面38を円弧状に形成すると共に、中心線を挟んで誘導突起21が設けられていない側の曲面半径を、中心線を挟んで誘導突起21が設けられている側の曲面半径よりも大きく形成したことを特徴とするものである。このように構成することにより、図7に示すように、一対の開閉部材30a,30bの先端とスイッチ取付部11との間隔を大きくすることなく、傾斜状態でのスイッチ取付部11の端面と開閉部材30a,30bとの間隔Bを十分にとることができ、パチンコ玉を容易に受け入れることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照して、本発明の実施形態について説明する。まず、図1を参照して、パチンコ遊技機1の概要について説明する。図1は、実施形態に係る入賞装置5を装着したパチンコ遊技機1の正面図である。

図1に示すように、パチンコ遊技機1内の遊技盤2のほぼ中央部に変動表示装置3が配置され、その変動表示装置3の中央部には、図柄表示器4が設けられている。変動表示装置3の下方には、本実施形態の要部である入賞装置5が配置され、更に、入賞装置5の下方には、変動入賞球装置6が配置されている。

前記図柄表示器4には、様々な図柄等が表示されるものであるが、遊技中、パチンコ玉が、始動機能を有する入賞装置5(以下、始動入賞装置5という)に内蔵された検出スイッチ24を通過すると図柄表示器4が始動する。図柄表示器4が始動した後、ある特定の図柄等が図柄表示器4に表示されると大当り状態となり、前記変動入賞球装置6が開放し、変動入賞球装置6がパチンコ玉を受け入れることができる状態になる。変動入賞球装置6は、所定時間(例えば、30秒)が経過するか、その所定時間内に所定個数(例えば、10個)の入賞玉が発生するまで開放し、そのような開放状態を変動入賞球装置6の内部に設けられるV入賞口(図示しない)に入賞することを条件として、所定回数(例えば、16回)繰り返すことができるようになっている。

図2において、始動入賞装置5は、パチンコ遊技機1の遊技盤2の表面に取り付けられる取付板10と、パチンコ玉の通過を検出する検出スイッチ24と、取付板10に取り付けられ起立状態と傾斜状態とに変化可能な一対の開閉部材30a,30bと、該一対の開閉部材30a,30bにそれぞれ取り付けられる装飾部材である一対の羽根飾り34a,34bと、傾斜状態で受け入れたパチンコ玉を一方の開閉部材30aまたは30bに向けて誘導する誘導底面38を有する前面飾り36と、前記開閉部材30a,30bを開閉させるための回転レバー46と、前後作動することにより前記回転レバー46を回転させるソレノイド40と、から構成されている。

取付板10の上部には、上下に貫通するスイッチ取付部11が形成され、このスイッチ取付部11には、取付板10の裏面側からパチンコ玉が通過する通過穴を有する検出スイッチ24が挿入され、挿入された後、係止爪12により検出スイッチ24の後端側方が係合されて取付板10に固定される。そして、検出スイッチ24がスイッチ取付部11に取り付けられた状態においては、パチンコ玉が検出スイッチ24の通過穴を通過し得るようになっている。また、取付板10の下部には、パチンコ玉の取入口である玉入口13が穿設され、この玉入口13の下部には、玉入れ口13から取り入れられたパチンコ玉を遊技盤2の後方へ誘導する後方誘導部15が玉入口13から後方に向かって形成されている。同じく玉入口13の下部に、後述する誘導底面38を下方から支持するための支持片14が玉入口13から前方に向かって形成されている。なお、後方誘導部15の中心には、パチンコ玉をスムーズにパチンコ遊技機1内に導入するための誘導突片16が設けられている。

また、前記一対の開閉部材30a,30bの間であって一方の開閉部材30aの軸支部近傍には、誘導突起21が取付板10から突設されている。この誘導突起21は、傾斜状態で受け入れたパチンコ玉を他方の開閉部材30bに向けて誘導するものである。なお、始動入賞装置5は、図1に示すような遊技盤2の中央部に限らず、遊技盤2上の様々な位置に設置される可能性があり、始動入賞装置5の設置位置によっては、始動入賞装置5に対するパチンコ玉の流れが始動入賞装置5の右側に集中する場合と左側に集中する場合とがある。このため、どちらの場合でも誘導突起21の効果を引き出せるよう、始動入賞装置5の設置位置に応じて、誘導突起21は一方の開閉部材30aの軸支部近傍に限らず、他方の開閉部材30bの軸支部近傍に突設しても良い。

前面飾り36の裏面下部には、傾斜状態で受け入れたパチンコ玉を後方へ向けて誘導する誘導底面38が円弧状に形成されている。この誘導底面38は、図5に示すように、中心線を挟んで後述する誘導突起21が設けられていない側に位置する大半径誘導底面38bの曲面半径が、中心線を挟んで誘導突起21が設けられている側に位置する小半径誘導底面38aの曲面半径よりも大きく形成されている。なお、前述のように誘導突起21を他方の開閉部材30bの軸支部近傍に突設した場合には、誘導底面38の曲面半径は、誘導突起21を一方の開閉部材30aの軸支部近傍に突設した場合とは逆で、中心線を挟んで左側を大半径誘導底面38bとし、中心線を挟んで右側を小半径誘導底面38aとすることが望ましい。

また、開閉部材30a,30b及び前面飾り36が取付板10に装着された際、開閉部材30a,30bの下端にそれぞれ固着された連結ピン31a,31bが、取付板10の玉入口13の側方に穿設された円弧状の連結穴20a,20bにそれぞれ挿入される。この連結穴20a,20bは、挿入された連結ピン31a,31bの可動範囲を規制するものであると同時に、一対の開閉部材30a,30bの開閉角度を決定するものである。すなわち、一対の開閉部材30a,30bの開閉動作は、後述する回転レバー46の回転動作により連結ピン31a,31bが上下動することで行われるものであるため、連結穴20a,20bの円周方向の両端面に連結ピン31a,31bが当接し停止する位置で開閉部材30a,30bも停止し、開閉角度が決定することとなる。なお、開閉部材30a,30bには挿通穴32a,32bが穿設されており、該挿通穴32a,32bに羽根飾り34a,34bに形成された取付ボス35a,35bを前方から挿入して裏面でビス止めすることにより、羽根飾り34a,34bが開閉部材30a,30bに固定される。このように開閉部材30a,30bを装飾する羽根飾り34a,34bが着脱自在に装着し得るので、羽根飾り34a,34bの形状や模様を変えることにより全く異なった印象の始動入賞装置5とすることができる。

また、連結穴20a,20bに挿入された連結ピン31a,31bは、取付板10の裏面で回転レバー46に形成された係合凹部48a,48bにそれぞれ挿入されている。この回転レバー46は、回転レバー46の軸支穴47及び取付板10の裏面側に形成された軸穴18に軸ピン19を挿通さた後、軸ピン19先端側に設けられた溝に図示しないEリングを嵌着することにより、取付板10に回転自在に取り付けられている。この回転レバー46が回転中心で回転することにより係合凹部48a,48bが上下動するため、係合凹部48a,48bに挿入された連結ピン31a,31bも上下動することとなり、これにより前述のように一対の開閉部材30a,30bが軸支ピン37a,37bを中心にして開閉動作をする。

また、回転レバー46の後方には、該回転レバー46を回転動作させるためのプランジャ43を電気的に作動させるソレノイド40が装着されている。このソレノイド40は、図示しない取付ネジにより取付部材41に取り付けられた後、この取付部材41を取付板10背面に形成されたソレノイド取付片17に固定することにより、取付板10に装着される。なお、取付部材41のソレノイド取付片17への固定は、取付部材41に穿設された取付穴42に挿通した図示しない取付ネジによりされる。

また、回転レバー46の中央部分には、図示しない凹部が形成されており、プランジャ43をソレノイド40に挿入し、取付部材41によりソレノイド40を取付板10に装着した場合、この凹部には、プランジャ43の先端部分が嵌め込まれるようになっている。また、プランジャ43には、回転レバー46とソレノイド40との間に位置する部分に、スプリング44が装着されている。このスプリング44は、ソレノイド40への通電を遮断した場合にプランジャ43を外側へ押し出すためのものである。また、プランジャ43先端部には、係合片45が形成されており、この係合片45は、プランジャ43がソレノイド40に吸引された際に回転レバー46に係合し、回転レバー46を回転動作させるものである。

上記のように構成された始動入賞装置5は、取付板10の側方2箇所に穿設された取付穴23に挿通した図示しないネジにより、遊技盤2の表面に装着される。

次に、傾斜状態からソレノイド40への通電を遮断すると、ソレノイド40の励磁が解除されるためプランジャ43への吸引力がなくなり、スプリング44によりプランジャ43が外側へ押し出される。プランジャ43が外側へ押し出されると、図4に示すように、回転レバー46が反時計回りに回転し、係合凹部48a,48bが下方に移動することにより連結ピン31a,31bが下方に下がる。連結ピン31a,31bが下方に下がることにより一対の開閉部材30a,30bが閉塞し、始動入賞装置5は起立状態になり、パチンコ玉を受け入れることができなくなる。

以上、実施形態に係る始動入賞装置5の構造及び作用について説明してきたが、本実施形態における始動入賞装置5においては、図5に示すように、起立状態における一対の開閉部材30a,30bの先端間隔を、検出スイッチ24を取り付けるスイッチ取付部11の横幅寸法とほぼ同じ寸法となるように一対の開閉部材30a,30bを軸支したことにより、図7に示すように、一対の開閉部材30a,30bの先端とスイッチ取付部11との間隔を大きくすることなく、傾斜状態でのスイッチ取付部11の端面と開閉部材30a,30bとの間隔Bを十分にとることができ、パチンコ玉を容易に受け入れることができる。

また、本実施形態のように、一対の開閉部材30a,30bの先端間隔を検出スイッチ24を取り付けるスイッチ取付部11の横幅寸法とほぼ同じ寸法となるように一対の開閉部材30a,30bを軸支した場合には、開閉部材30a,30bの軸支部の内側の間隙がパチンコ玉の直径よりもかなり大きくなってしまう(ただし、パチンコ玉の直径の2倍より小さい)ため、図8に示すように、左右の開閉部材30a,30bから同時に2つのパチンコ玉が受け止められたときには、2つのパチンコ玉が開閉部材30a,30bの下端部に挟まれて玉詰まりを生じてしまうおそれがある。このため、本実施形態における始動入賞装置5においては、図5に示すように、一対の開閉部材30a,30bの間であって傾斜状態で受け入れたパチンコ玉を一方の開閉部材30aに向けて誘導する誘導突起21を一方の開閉部材30aの軸支部近傍に突設したことにより、2個のパチンコ玉が左右方向から同時に始動入賞装置5に入賞した場合、図7に示すように誘導突起21が突設された側のパチンコ玉が、誘導突起21が突設されていない側のパチンコ玉の上部に載置した段差状となるため、開閉部材30a,30b内で2つのパチンコ玉が玉詰まりとなることはない。なお、誘導突起21は、他方の開閉部材30bの軸支部近傍に突設してもよい。

更に、本実施形態のように、一対の開閉部材30a,30bの間であって傾斜状態で受け入れたパチンコ玉を一方の開閉部材30a向けて誘導する誘導突起21を一方の開閉部材30aの軸支部近傍に突設した場合において、図6の二点鎖線で示すように誘導底面38の中心線を挟んで誘導突起21が設けられていない側の曲面半径を、中心線を挟んで誘導突起21が設けられている側の曲面半径と同じ寸法で形成した場合には、誘導突起21が突設された側のパチンコ玉が、誘導突起21が突設されていない側のパチンコ玉の上部に載置した段差状となったとき、上部のパチンコ玉からの圧力によって下部のパチンコ玉が誘導底面38に対してほぼ垂直方向に押しつけられるため、下部のパチンコ玉が誘導底面38に沿って逃げることが難しく、玉入口13へ導入され難くなるというおそれがある。このため、下部のパチンコ玉が上部のパチンコ玉の圧力によって誘導底面38に押しつけられても誘導底面38に沿って逃げ易くなるよう、本実施形態における始動入賞装置5においては、図5に示すように、一対の開閉部材30a,30bの下方に設けられ且つ前記傾斜状態で受け入れたパチンコ玉を後方へ向けて誘導する誘導底面38を円弧状に形成すると共に、中心線を挟んで誘導突起21が設けられていない側の曲面半径を、中心線を挟んで誘導突起21が設けられている側の曲面半径よりも大きく形成したことにより、図7に示すように、始動入賞装置5に入賞し誘導突起21が設けられていない側で合流したパチンコ玉をスムーズに玉入口13へ導入することができる。

なお、上記した実施形態においては、入賞装置5を変動表示装置3に対する始動機能を有する始動入賞装置5として説明したが、必ずしも始動機能を有するものとして使用する必要はなく、他の役物を起動するための入賞装置として使用しても良い。また、その配置位置も、遊技盤2のいずれの位置でも良い。

【発明の効果】
以上、説明したところから明らかなように、請求項1の発明においては、ソレノイドの駆動力によりパチンコ玉を受け入れない起立状態とパチンコ玉を受け入れることができる傾斜状態とに変化可能な一対の開閉部材と、該一対の開閉部材の先端上部に配置されてパチンコ玉の通過を検出する検出スイッチと、を備えたパチンコ遊技機の入賞装置において、前記起立状態における前記一対の開閉部材の先端間隔を、前記検出スイッチを取り付けるスイッチ取付部の横幅寸法とほぼ同じ寸法となるように前記一対の開閉部材を軸支すると共に、前記一対の開閉部材の間であって前記傾斜状態で受け入れたパチンコ玉を一方の開閉部材に向けて誘導する誘導突起をいずれか一方の開閉部材の軸支部近傍に突設し、さらに、前記一対の開閉部材の下方に設けられ且つ前記傾斜状態で受け入れたパチンコ玉を後方へ向けて誘導する誘導底面を円弧状に形成すると共に、中心線を挟んで前記誘導突起が設けられていない側の曲面半径を、中心線を挟んで前記誘導突起が設けられている側の曲面半径よりも大きく形成したことを特徴とするものである。このように構成することにより、一対の開閉部材の先端とスイッチ取付部との間隔を大きくすることなく、傾斜状態でのスイッチ取付部の端面と開閉部材との間隔を十分にとることができ、パチンコ玉を容易に受け入れることができる。
