【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、パチンコ遊技機の可変入賞装置に関し、球受入口の上限位置の第1状態と下限位置の第2状態に変位しうる球誘導可動体を備えた可変入賞装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の入賞装置として、翼片を起立して打球を入りにくくしたり、翼片を倒して開き打球を入りやすくする開閉翼片を球受入口に開閉自由に軸支し、ソレノイドでこの開閉翼片を開閉自由に備えたものがあり(特許2779920号公報参照)、CR機などの遊技機の始動口などに使用され、始動口に入ることにより図柄表示装置の図柄が変動を開始するようにされている。また、基体の上部に球受けを設け、その直下に開閉羽根を備えた下部球受けを備えた入賞装置がある(実用新案登録3047558号公報参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記した入賞装置で前者のものは、球受入口の開閉翼片が同じ位置で開閉するだけで、変化に乏しく、始動口として使用する場合には、その開閉翼片の開放時の時間を図柄表示装置の特定図柄に応じて変化させるようにしているだけで興趣に乏しく、また、後者のものは上部の球受けには打球が入り、またソレノイドの作動で下部の球受けの開閉羽根が開放されて横方向から打球が入りうるようにするもので、上部球受けと下部球受けは別個に球が排出されるので構成が複雑で、羽根が同じ位置で開閉するだけであるから変化に乏しく課題となっている。

この発明は従来のこのような問題点を解消するもので、球受口の上部に上下に動作して変位しうる球誘導可動体を備えることで、従来の入賞装置との区別化を図り、商品価値を向上させた可変入賞装置を提供することを目的とする。すなわち、遊技盤の始動口等に使用される球受入口に球誘導可動体を上限位置の第1状態と下限位置の第2状態に変位させ、球受入口の上部における打球の入り方に変化に富ませて興趣を向上させうる可変入賞装置を提供することを目的とする。また、球誘導可動体に開閉する開閉翼片を備え、ソレノイド等駆動手段で球誘導可動体を基体のガイド部に沿って開閉翼片とともに上限位置の第1状態と下限位置の第2状態に昇降するとともに開閉翼片を昇降しながら所定範囲で開閉可能として変化に富ませた可変入賞装置を提供することを目的とする。

図1乃至図4に示すこの発明の可変入賞装置の実施形態では、1はパチンコ遊技盤Aに取付ける基体で、該基体1の下部に球受入口2が備えられる。該球受入口2はポケット状で基体1に設けた開口3の前面に取付けられる。球受入口2の底部は後方へ球を排出するために傾斜状の誘導面2bが設けられ、開口3、排出樋等を通じ、遊技盤50の開口に取付けられ遊技盤50の背面側の入賞球排出通路(図示せず)に流下するように設けられる。図5乃至図8に示す可変入賞装置は基体1、開閉翼片の形状が前記実施形態と異なるだけで、その他の構成は同じである。

図1乃至図9において、基体1には球受入口2の上方に所定の間隔をおいて球通過ゲート4が設けられ、その球通過ゲートと球受入口との間で球誘導可動体10が第1状態と第2状態に変位可能に設けられている。実施形態ではその球通過ゲート4と下部の球受入口2との間の両側に所定の間隔を存してガイド部5として、基体1の両側に縦方向にガイド孔5aが設けられ、かつ基体1の背面の中央にガイド突起7が形成されている。そして、該ガイド孔5aは開閉翼片13の基部の支軸部13bに歯車部13aを設けるので、少なくとも歯車部16が回転しながら昇降しうる広さが必要であり、両側のガイド孔5aの内面に開閉翼片13の歯車部13aが噛合されるラック6が形成され、ガイド孔のストロークは少なくとも上端で翼片を閉じ、下端で翼片を倒して開放できるように翼片の支軸部(歯車部)を上下しうるストロークとする。また、両側のガイド孔5aの間隔は少なくとも開閉翼片13間を球が通過しうる間隔Bとする。実施形態では基体1の両側のガイド孔間の中央部を背面側に若干突出して厚みを厚くしてガイド孔5aと連続してその中央部の両面にラック6が形成され、かつ背面の中央にガイド突起7が形成されている。なお、球通過ゲート4の代わりに遊技盤或いは基体の上端部に釘を打ち付けて開閉翼片13の上部に打球が直接当たらないようにすることも自由にできる。なお、基体1には両端に取付け孔24が設けられ、遊技盤にビス止めされる。また、20は後述のソレノイド収容筺21の取付けボス部である。前記した基体、球受入口、前面板、開閉翼片、ガイド枠体、後述の回転体、作動腕等は合成樹脂製等である。

また、開閉翼片13の回動手段として、開閉翼片13の基部の背面側に突出させた筒状支軸部13bの周面に扇状に歯車部13aが形成され、該歯車部13aが前記基体1のガイド孔5aに設けたラック6の歯に噛合せられて、開閉翼片13の昇降に伴い開閉しうるように設けられている。すなわち、歯部13aの上昇で翼片を基部を支軸15を支点として起立させ、またその下降で翼片を支軸を支点として傾倒させる。該歯車部13aの厚みは前記ラック6とほぼ同じとするのが好ましい。なお、回動手段として、翼片の基部とガイド孔と間にラックアンドピニオン構造を設けた場合を示したが、これに限られるものではない。

また作動腕40はクランク状でその一端が二股状に形成されて前記回転体35の凸軸36に遊嵌させる逆U字状連結部41が形成され、かつ他端にはソレノイド30のアクチュエーター32の先端部32aを嵌合する嵌合溝42が形成されている。この作動腕40の両側にガイド突片43が設けられ、該ガイド突片43が前記収容筺21の両側に先端より設けた案内溝22に嵌合され、作動腕40はソレノイド30の進退運動で案内溝22に沿って所定ストローク進退運動しうるように設けられる。而して、ソレノイド30のアクチュエーター32の先端を作動腕40の一端の嵌合溝42に嵌合するとともに他端の逆U字型連結部41が回転体35の凸軸36に上方より遊嵌され、ソレノイド30の進退運動で作動腕40を進退して回転体35の上部の凸軸36を進退することにより回転体35を所定の範囲で正逆回転する。この回転体35の正逆回転によりその歯車部35aが噛み合わされたガイド枠体14のラック18がガイド突起7に沿って昇降されてガイド枠体14が昇降運動され、該ガイド枠体14の昇降運動により開閉翼片13が昇降しながら開閉運動される。なお、作動腕を摺動する手段として、案内溝に沿ってガイド突片を摺動する構成としたが、この構造に限られるものではなく収容筺内部で摺動できるようにすることもできる。。
