Description
The present invention relates to an elevator apparatus in which a car is suspended in a hoistway by a main rope wound around a drive sheave, and the car is raised and lowered by a traction force between the drive sheave and the main rope.
In general, in an elevator system, when the car moves upward from the normal lifting stroke due to some cause, and the counterweight moves downward from the normal lifting stroke, the counterweight is placed in the shock absorber at the bottom of the hoistway. Collide and stop. When the load of the counterweight is supported by the shock absorber, the traction force in the drive sheave rapidly decreases, and the drive sheave slips with respect to the main rope and idles even if the drive sheave continues to rotate. For this reason, when the counterweight collides with the shock absorber, the raising of the car is also stopped.
On the other hand, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-262482 discloses an elevator apparatus in which the outer periphery of a main rope is coated with a resin. In such a conventional elevator apparatus, the frictional force between the drive sheave and the main rope can be increased, and the traction capability can be improved. However, in such an elevator apparatus with high traction capability, even if the counterweight collides with the shock absorber and stops, it is conceivable that the decrease in traction force is small and the car does not stop smoothly.
Moreover, in the elevator apparatus with a high head, since the weight of the main rope is large, similarly, the decrease in traction force when the counterweight collides with the shock absorber and stops may be small.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems. Usually, sufficient traction capability can be secured, and when the counterweight or the cage moves below the normal lifting stroke, the traction force is achieved. An object of the present invention is to obtain an elevator apparatus capable of appropriately reducing the temperature.
An elevator apparatus according to the present invention includes a drive device having a drive sheave and a drive device main body for rotating the drive sheave, a main rope wound around the drive sheave, and a main rope on one side of the drive sheave. The car is lifted and lowered in the hoistway by the driving force of the driving device, and is suspended in the hoistway by the main rope on the other side of the driving sheave, and the hoistway is driven by the driving force of the driving device. There is a counterweight that is raised and lowered, and on the side of the counterweight of the drive sheave, when the counterweight moves below the normal lifting stroke, the main rope is gripped, so that the car can be lifted by the drive unit. A rope brake device is provided for blocking.
Further, the elevator apparatus according to the present invention is a drive device having a drive sheave and a drive device main body for rotating the drive sheave, a main rope wound around the drive sheave, and suspended in the hoistway by the main rope, A car and a counterweight that are moved up and down in the hoistway by the driving force of the drive device, and the main rope passes through the drive sheave when the car and the counterweight are moved up and down the normal lifting stroke. And a second portion that comes into contact with the drive sheave when the counterweight moves below the normal lifting stroke, and the outer periphery of the first portion is made of a high-friction resin material. The friction coefficient of the outer periphery of the second part is smaller than that of the high friction resin material.
Furthermore, the elevator apparatus according to the present invention includes a drive device having a drive sheave and a drive device main body that rotates the drive sheave, a main rope wound around the drive sheave, and ascending and descending by the main rope on one side with respect to the drive sheave. A rope brake device is provided for blocking.

従って、トラクション能力=e(0.1×1.38×330/180×π)=2.21である。
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

Here, the traction ability is calculated by the following equation.
Traction capacity = eμ ・ K2 ・ θ
μ: Coefficient of friction K 2 : Coefficient depending on the contact state with the rope groove (usually groove shape) θ: Angle of winding of main rope around sheave Drive rope with steel rope without outer cover When the undercut groove is provided in the rope groove, the friction coefficient μ = 0.1, the coefficient K 2 = 1.38 (undercut angle 50 °), and the winding angle θ = 330 °.
Therefore, traction capability = e (0.1 × 1.38 × 330/180 × π) = 2.21.
The friction coefficient necessary for ensuring the equivalent traction capability with the elevator apparatus according to
