Description
Claims (8)
- ポンプ本体部を画定し、内部にポンプチャンバ(3)のあるシリンダ(1)と、
前記シリンダ(1)の底部に配置された吸入バルブ(5)と、
下側の外方に張り出したリップシール(9)及び内方に張り出したリップシール(19)を有するピストン(7)であって、外方に張り出したリップシール(9)が前記シリンダ(1)内に滑合するよう適合されており、内方に張り出したリップシール(19)が前記ピストン(7)の中央開口(17)を画定するピストン(7)と、
前記中央開口(17)内に滑合するよう適合されており、中空であり、前記ポンプチャンバ(3)を外部と連通するよう適合された連通路(23)を内部に有するポンププランジャロッド(21)と、
前記シリンダ(1)を容器に取り付けるよう適合されており、上側保持カバー(39)を画定する固定素子(37)と、
前記シリンダ(1)内に収容された第1の弾性部材(31)と、
ポンプの長手軸線に沿って測定した第1の高さを画定する第2の弾性部材(47)と
を具え、
前記ピストン(7)は前記ポンププランジャロッド(21)の上部を部分的に包囲する上側円筒壁を有し、該上側円筒壁は前記上部のガイドとして機能しかつポンプの軸線に沿って測定したガイド高さを画定し、
前記第2弾性部材(47)は前記プランジャロッドに直接適用された上側支承点(49)を有し、該上側支承点(49)が前記上側保持カバー(39)の上方にあり、前記第1高さ及び前記ガイド高さが少なくとも部分的に重複していることを特徴とする予備加圧ポンプ。 - 前記ピストン(7)は上部位置と下部位置との間を往復するよう適合されており、
前記ピストン(7)は、前記下側の外方に張り出したリップシール(9)の上方に配置された、上側の外方に張り出したリップシール(13)を有しており、
前記シリンダ(1)は通気孔(15)を有しており、
該通気孔(15)は、前記ピストン(7)が上部位置にあるときには前記通気孔(15)が前記上側及び下側の外方に張り出したリップシール(13、19)の間にあり、かつ前記ピストン(7)が下部位置にあるときには前記容器の内部が周囲と連通するような高さに配置される、請求項1に記載の予備加圧ポンプ。 - 前記予備加圧ポンプは、前記シリンダ(1)及び前記固定素子(37)とともに配置された保持部(33)を有し、該保持部(33)は、前記ピストン(7)が前記保持部(33)によって前記シリンダ(1)の内部に保持されるように、前記シリンダ(1)に嵌合するよう適合される、請求項1又は2に記載の予備加圧ポンプ。
- 前記ピストン(7)は上部位置と下部位置の間を往復するよう適合されており、前記保持部(33)は、上部位置にあるときに前記ピストン(7)を支持するショルダー部(35)を有しており、該ショルダー部(35)と前記シリンダ(1)の底部との間の高さが前記ポンプチャンバ(3)の容積を決める、請求項3に記載の予備加圧ポンプ。
- 前記第2弾性部材(47)は前記プランジャロッド(21)と同一の材料であり、かつ前記プランジャロッド(21)と単一部品を形成するように結合される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の予備加圧ポンプ。
- 前記プランジャロッド(21)は、外端が前記プランジャロッド(21)に平行に延びる円筒面(53)である環状突起部(51)を有し、前記円筒面(53)はスロット(55)を有しており、前記円筒面(53)は前記シリンダ(1)により定義される長手軸線(11)方向に可逆的に圧縮可能であり、前記円筒面(53)は前記第2弾性部材(47)を画定する、請求項5に記載の予備加圧ポンプ。
- 前記スロット(55)は前記長手軸線(11)に直交する複数の平面内に配置されており、同一平面のスロット(55)の各対の間に、同一平面内に設けられた結合領域があり、所定の平面の各結合領域は、前記所定の平面に隣接する平面の2つのスロットの間に介在する、請求項6に記載の予備加圧ポンプ。
- 前記直交する面のそれぞれに2つのスロット(55)がある、請求項7に記載の予備加圧ポンプ。
