Description
(i)上記炉頂部を封止する封止帯に、原燃料の堆積領域を区画する鋼製直円筒を備え、かつ、
(ii)炉頂の上方に、(ii-1)上記鋼製直円筒の開口を閉鎖する底面を有する円錐状誘導部材、(ii-2)上記鋼製直円筒の開口と直通する底部開口を有する逆円錐状誘導部材、及び、(ii-3)上記円錐状誘導部材又は上記逆円錐状誘導部材を、上記鋼製直円筒の直上に着脱する着脱機構を備え、上記鋼製直円筒と協働し、性状の異なる原燃料を、該鋼製直円筒の内外に区分して装入する原燃料装入装置を備えたことを特徴とする竪型炉。
発明例として、表1に示す原燃料の配合条件で、鉄源と固体燃料(コークス)を使用して操業するにあたり、表2に示す原料配合パターンを、原燃料A1−A1−A2の装入サイクルで、図1に示す竪型炉の炉頂から装入し、7日間の操業を継続した場合の炉頂排ガスのガス利用率(ηCO)、炉頂排ガス温度(℃)、炉内圧力(hPa)、送風圧力(kPa)、減風回数(回)、休風回数(回)、生産率(T/H)を測定した。即ち、鉄源を、A1−A1−A2の3チャージ1サイクルで、配合の平均比率が、表1に示す高金属化率鉄源70%、低金属化率鉄源30%の比率になるように装入して操業した。
ηCO(TOP)=排ガス中のCO2含有量[vol%]/(排ガス中のCO含有量[vol%]+排ガス中のCO2含有量[vol%])
で定義される。

Claims (11)
- 炉頂部周壁にガス吸引口を備え、ガス吸引口より上の炉内域の原燃料に堆積させ、その堆積で、炉頂部を封止する封止帯を形成して操業する竪型炉において、
(i)上記炉頂部を封止する封止帯に、原燃料の堆積領域を区画する鋼製直円筒を備え、かつ、
(ii)炉頂の上方に、(ii-1)上記鋼製直円筒の開口を閉鎖する底面を有する円錐状誘導部材、(ii-2)上記鋼製直円筒の開口と直通する底部開口を有する逆円錐状誘導部材、及び、(ii-3)上記円錐状誘導部材又は上記逆円錐状誘導部材を、上記鋼製直円筒の直上に着脱する着脱機構を備え、上記鋼製直円筒と協働し、性状の異なる原燃料を、該鋼製直円筒の内外に区分して装入する原燃料装入装置を備えたことを特徴とする竪型炉。 - 前記着脱機構が、円錐状誘導部材及び逆円錐状誘導部材を、炉頂の両側に設定した支点を中心に、垂直面内で、退避位置から鋼製直円筒の直上に移動させる回転機構を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の竪型炉。
- 前記回転機構において、支点を挟んで、円錐状誘導部及び逆円錐状誘導部材の反対側に、該ガイド部材の重量に釣り合う錘を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の竪型炉。
- 前記着脱機構が、円錐状誘導部材及び逆円錐状誘導部材を、炉頂の両側又は片側に設定した支点を中心に、水平面内で、退避位置から鋼製直円筒の直上に回転移動させる回転機構を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の竪型炉。
- 前記着脱機構が、円錐状誘導部材及び逆円錐状誘導部材を、両端に載置した長尺構造部材を、炉頂を挟んで、水平面内で往復動させる往復動機構を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の竪型炉。
- 前記着脱機構が、円錐状誘導部材及び逆円錐状誘導部材を載置した台車を、炉頂を挟んで、往復動させる往復動機構を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の竪型炉。
- 前記炉頂部に、鋼製直円筒の内外の原燃料レベルを測定するレベル測定装置を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の竪型炉。
- 前記鋼製直円筒が、炉頂開口部の内壁に設置した支持部材に載置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の竪型炉。
- 前記鋼製直円筒の開口面積と炉頂内壁と鋼製直円筒間の面積の比が、性状の異なる原燃料の装入量比に応じて設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の竪型炉。
- 前記鋼製直円筒の開口面積と炉頂内壁と直円筒間の面積の比が、1/2であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の竪型炉。
- 前記鋼製直円筒が、ステンレス鋼製であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の竪型炉。
