Claims (4)
- 配管の応力改善位置における配管の残留応力改善方法であって、
内部に水を保有した配管であって、配管の外面に配管の最大塑性変形量を制限する拘束治具を設けた後に、前記応力改善位置の両側に、配管内部の水を凝固させ、水密な栓を形成し、この水密な栓の内側であって、前記応力改善位置の両側に、配管内部の水を凝固させ、水密な栓を形成し、配管内部の水を冷却して凝固させ、氷を形成して体積膨張させて配管を塑性変形させ、前記応力改善位置における配管の残留応力を改善することを特徴とする配管の残留応力改善方法。 - 前記拘束治具は、厚板材の片面中央部を2つ割り円筒状に形成した2個の治具と、この治具を締結する締結具とを有し、円筒の軸方向端部の径よりも軸方向中間部の径が大であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配管の残留応力改善方法。
- 前記2つ割円筒状の治具の少なくとも一方の内面に、配管の拡管量を計測するダイヤルゲージを設け、前記ダイヤルゲージの表示値から、配管とこの治具との接触を評価することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の残留応力改善方法。
- 前記水密な栓間に配管の溶接部を配置したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配管の残留応力改善方法。
