Description
弁操作装置は、コンテナが搬送される粉粒体の供給先に支持台、支持部材、移動アームなどを有して備えられている。したがって、装置は大型であり、また専用の設置スペースも必要である。
この弁操作装置は、構造的に可動部分なども多く、設置コストは高いものになる。
粉粒体供給装置2によって、粉粒体を供給先の貯槽10の受入口10aに供給するには、先ず粉粒体の収容されたコンテナ8を、ホイスト14によって保管場所から吊り上げて貯槽10の上に搬送し、図1に示すように受入口10aにコンテナ8の排出口6を挿入し貯槽10上にコンテナ8を設置する。そして、コンテナ8から吊り金具15を外し、ホイスト14はその横行レール12を移動させコンテナ8から離した位置にする。
この粉粒体供給装置2によれば、共通の横行レール12に取付けられたホイスト14及び弁操作装置16によって、粉粒体の収容されたコンテナ8を供給先に搬入設置し開閉弁4を開閉操作すればよいから、粉粒体を供給先に、必要なときに、必要な量を、迅速に供給することができる。

Claims (1)
- 開閉弁を備える排出口が下端部に形成された粉粒体の収容容器であるコンテナと、このコンテナを吊り下げて粉粒体の供給先に搬送し設置する横行レールを備えたホイストと、この横行レールに移動自在に取付けられ該ホイストにより搬送され設置されたコンテナの上方に移動して該開閉弁の開閉を操作する弁操作装置とを備えている、ことを特徴とする粉粒体供給装置。
