【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mat with an excitation function that uses vibration to prevent pressure ulcers (floor rubs) and recover, and suppresses the promotion of blood flow and the generation of active oxygen.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Pressure sores have become one of the important issues in modern medicine. Because it tends to occur in bedridden people, it becomes a disease different from the illness at the time of hospitalization, often occurs during hospitalization, and the problem that the hospitalization period becomes longer, the care of which places a heavy burden on nurses and families .
In order to treat pressure ulcers, the wound is generally washed and applied, but the pressure on the wound is most effective. Pressure sore is a symptom caused by blood flow disturbance in a part of the human body, for example, blood vessels such as the waist, heels, or shoulders, by friction with the bed, displacement, compression, etc., and congestion at the wound. For this reason, decompression to prevent pressure from being applied to the wound is an effective treatment.
Currently, many pressure dispersion mats are used in hospitals, such as air mats, independent urethane mats with protrusions, and other jelly-like mats.
However, although there is an effect of making congestion less likely to occur due to pressure dispersion, it cannot actively promote blood flow. Therefore, it is necessary to take some measures for the pressure ulcers that have been made.
As an improvement measure for pressure ulcer prevention, there is dispersion of body pressure by vibration (for example, Patent Document 1).

JP-A-11-76319 [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, although blood flow is promoted by vibration, vibration in the vertical direction with respect to the human body gives unpleasant feeling to the human body. In addition, the active oxygen that is generated at the same time adversely affects the human tissue, causing the recovery of the pressure ulcer to be delayed.
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention is more active by depressurizing the site where pressure ulcers are likely to occur or the wound site that has been created without vibration, promoting blood flow, and suppressing the generation of active oxygen. An object of the present invention is to provide a mat with a vibration function that can be recovered or prevented automatically.
[0006]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the mat with vibration function according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the vibration generator has a moving body whose axial direction is the longitudinal direction of the hard plate, and vibrates by the movement of the moving body in the axial direction. The hard plate is composed of a concavo-convex plate having grooves or ridges in the displacement direction, and has a different amplitude including a first amplitude and a second amplitude larger than the first amplitude by a vibration generator. vibration is generated, to generate a second amplitude during a first amplitude, it is shall not repeatedly generates the first amplitudes and the second amplitudes at predetermined intervals. According to this Embodiment, the vibration which displaces a hard board to one direction can be provided efficiently. Therefore, vibration can be applied to the wound part and the periphery of the wound part without causing discomfort to the human body, and blood flow promotion and active oxygen suppression can be realized simultaneously. Moreover, the promotion of blood flow and the suppression of active oxygen can be realized simultaneously.
[0008]
【Example】
Hereinafter, a mat with a vibration function according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a mat with an oscillating function according to the present embodiment, FIG. 2 is a side sectional view of an essential part of the mat with the oscillating function, and FIG. 3 is a plan sectional view of an essential part of the mat with the oscillating function.
The mat with a vibration function according to this embodiment includes a vibration generator 3 on a mat in which a hard plate 1 and an elastic plate 2 are laminated.
The hard plate 1 has sufficient rigidity to transmit vibration, and is constituted by a flat plate or an uneven plate having a plurality of grooves or peaks in the displacement direction. The elastic plate 2 is laminated on one surface of the hard plate 1 and is made of an elastic vibration absorber. For example, as the hard plate 1, a plastic material or a carbon fiber material having a width of 400 mm, a length of 900 mm, and a thickness of 3 mm is used. As the elastic plate 2, urethane having a width of 400 mm, a length of 900 mm, and a thickness of 150 mm is used.
The vibration generator 3 is disposed at substantially the center of one end of the hard plate 1 and is attached so that the axis of the vibration generator 3 is disposed within the thickness of the hard plate 1.
[0009]
The configuration of the vibration generator used in the mat with the vibration function according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
The vibration generator 3 according to the present embodiment uses an exciter that generates vibration by the movement of the moving body 31 in the axial direction 30. The moving body 31 is displaced in the axial direction 30 by energizing the coil 32. The vibration generator 3 generates vibrations having different amplitudes including a first amplitude and a second amplitude larger than the first amplitude. In particular, the vibration generator 3 is controlled to generate a second amplitude between the first amplitudes and repeatedly generate the first amplitude and the second amplitude at a predetermined interval. Note that the first amplitude and the second amplitude do not necessarily have a constant cycle, and amplitudes of other sizes may be included between the first amplitude and the second amplitude.
[0010]
Hereinafter, the use state of the mat with the vibration function according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a method of mounting the mat with a vibration function on the bed according to the present embodiment.
As shown in the figure, the mat 10 with the vibration function according to the present embodiment is inserted between the bed 60 and the mat 50. Here, the mat with vibration function 10 preferably has a length slightly larger than the width-direction dimension of the bed 60. This is because the vibration generated in the mat 10 with the vibration function can be efficiently transmitted to the mat 50 by holding the mat 10 with the vibration function by the frames positioned on both sides of the bed 60. The mat 10 with the vibration function has a control operation unit 4, and the control operation unit 4 is installed near the bedside of the bed 60.
As shown in FIG. 4, the mat 10 with a vibration function is installed on a part of the lower surface of the mat 50. Therefore, only the portion of the mat 50 where the vibrating function mat 10 is disposed is displaced in a direction horizontal to the floor surface of the mat 50 and in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the mat 50. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, when it is arranged in the vicinity of the waist of the human body, the roll is applied only to the vicinity of the waist.
In the case shown in the figure, the case where the mat 50 is disposed at a substantially central portion, that is, near the waist of the human body, is shown, but the portion shifted toward the end of the mat 50, that is, near the back of the human body, You may arrange | position so that it may be located in the leg vicinity.
[0011]
FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a use state of the mat with a vibration function according to the present embodiment, and shows a state where a bed is not used in a home or a care facility.
As shown in FIG. 5, the mat 50 can be disposed on the floor or tatami without necessarily using a bed, and the mat 10 with a vibration function can be inserted into the lower surface of the mat 50.
[0012]
FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing another usage state of the mat with vibration function according to the present embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 6, the present invention can also be applied to a bed 60 having a jack-up function for inclining a part of the mat 50.
In the case of using the bed 60 having a jack-up function as shown in the figure, the mat 10 with the vibration function is inserted and used in a portion where the jack-up function is not performed.
[0013]
As shown in the present embodiment, the use of the vibrating mat 10 can suppress the generation of active oxygen harmful to human tissue.
Further, by using the mat with the vibration function of this embodiment, the vibration is transmitted and the affected part slightly vibrates, thereby promoting blood flow. Moreover, the healing effect of the affected area is enhanced by promoting blood flow and suppressing the generation of active oxygen.
Moreover, although there are many metal beds in a hospital, since the elastic plate 2 absorbs vibration, the vibration sound can be absorbed and the vibration sound can be made fine.
Further, the mat with a vibration function of this embodiment can be used as it is on a conventional bed, and can be carried lightly, so that it can be used in a hospital or at home.
As described above, according to this example, while using an existing bed for the purpose of dispersing body pressure in a hospital or home, a slight vibration is applied to an air mat or a urethane sofa to promote blood flow in the affected area. Increase the healing effect of pressure ulcer by suppressing oxygen.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the pressure ulcer can be recovered more actively by promoting blood flow by vibration and suppressing the active oxygen at the site where the pressure ulcer is likely to be created or the wound part that has been made without causing discomfort. Prevention can be done.
