Description
Claims (8)
- 外科的処置の対象部位で流体を流入および流出させるための、外側シースと内側シースのアセンブリであって、
内側シースの少なくとも一部の周りに配置された外側シースと、
内側シースと外側シースとの間に配置された流出チャネルと、
を備え、
アセンブリの先端にある外壁内から始まる流出開口を備えた流出溝を有し、
前記溝が略長軸方向に延びて配置され、前記外側シースと内側シースとの間に形成された、より手前側の流出チャネルと連絡し、そのため流体が前記流出溝から前記流出チャネル内に誘導され、
前記流出溝は、前記内側シースアセンブリの主流入穴に対し前方位置にあるシースの先端チップ部分内から始まり、
前記先端チップ部分は、前記外側シースの前記先端に配置された誘電性チップ要素を備え、
前記チップ要素は複数の横方向の流出開口部を有し、
前記流出開口部は前記外側および内側シースの間のチャネルと流体が行き来する、
アセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載のアセンブリであって、前記流出開口は、前記外側シースの外側面の先端チップ部分内から始まり、前記主流入穴に近い位置にある流出チャネルに合流する、アセンブリ。
- 請求項2に記載のアセンブリであって、前記主流入穴は、前記内側シースの先端に開口部を備える、アセンブリ。
- 請求項2に記載のアセンブリであって、前記外側シースはチューブと誘電性チップ要素とを備え、前記チップ要素は前記チューブの前記先端に付加される、アセンブリ。
- 請求項4に記載のアセンブリであって、前記チップ要素は、前記外側チューブ内から前方に延在する前方部分と、前記外側シースの内表面に付加された手前部分とを有し、前記流出溝は前記チップ要素の手前部分と前記外側チューブの内表面との間の空間により、少なくとも一部が画定される、アセンブリ。
- 請求項2に記載のアセンブリであって、前記アセンブリの前記先端チップの周囲に配置された複数の流出溝が存在する、アセンブリ。
- 請求項2に記載のアセンブリであって、1または複数の貫通穴が、前記内側シースの前記先端にある前記流入穴に対し前方の前記アセンブリの前記外表面内に配置される、アセンブリ。
- 請求項4に記載のアセンブリであって、前記チップ要素はセラミック材料を含む、アセンブリ。
