Claims (7)
- 射出成形金型用の通路加熱形ノズル(1)であって、通路加熱形ノズルのノズル本体(2)は溶融物のための通路孔(4)を有しており、該通路孔は一方の端部に流出開口(5)を備えかつ他方の端部に、側方に配置された流入開口(6)を備えており、前記通路孔内に閉鎖ニードル(3)を配置してあり、該閉鎖ニードルは通路孔の流出開口(5)からの溶融物流出を遮断するようになっている形式のものにおいて、閉鎖ニードル(3)は、通路孔(4)内に挿入されたニードル案内スリーブ(7)を通って延びており、該ニードル案内スリーブ(7)は、前記通路孔(4)内の、溶融物のための空間を画定するために、該ニードル案内スリーブ(7)の表面に凹設部(9)を備えており、該凹設部は前記通路孔(4)の壁面と一緒に通路を形成しており、前記凹設部(9)の横断面は、前記ニードル案内スリーブ(7)の、前記流入開口(6)と逆の側で、該流入開口(6)に向いた側でよりも大きくなっていることを特徴とする、射出成形金型用の通路加熱形ノズル。
- ニードル案内スリーブ(7)の表面の凹設部(9)は、流入開口(6)の領域では該流入開口(6)に向いた側にのみ形成されている請求項1に記載の通路加熱形ノズル。
- ニードル案内スリーブ(7)の表面の凹設部(9)は通路孔(4)の流出開口(5)に向かって延びている請求項1又は2に記載の通路加熱形ノズル。
- ニードル案内スリーブ(7)は通路孔(4)の、流入開口(6)と逆の側の領域(8)をふさいでいる請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の通路加熱形ノズル。
- 凹設部(9)はニードル案内スリーブ(7)の周囲をねじ状に延びている請求項1に記載の通路加熱形ノズル。
- 少なくとも2つの凹設部(9a,9b)を設けてあり、該凹設部のうちの一方の凹設部は一条の左ねじのねじ溝の形で形成され、かつ他方の凹設部は右ねじのねじ溝の形で形成されている請求項5に記載の通路加熱形ノズル。
- 互いに平行に延びる複数の凹設部(9)を設けてある請求項5又は6に記載の通路加熱形ノズル。
