Description
(a)竪型炉と排ガス処理機器の間の排ガス管を遮断し、
(b)遮断弁の近傍から、排ガス処理機器側の排ガス経路内に、窒素を送給するとともに、
(c)排ガス処理機器を含む排ガス経路内のガス圧を、1気圧を超える正圧に保持し、
(d)CO及びH2の逆火速度を超える流速で、燃焼放散する
ことを特徴とする残留排ガス処理方法。
(a)竪型炉と排ガス処理機器の間の排ガス管を遮断する遮断弁、
(b)遮断弁の近傍から、排ガス処理機器側の排ガス経路内に、窒素を送給する窒素送給手段、
(c)排ガス処理機器と燃焼放散塔の間に在って、排ガス処理機器を含む排ガス経路内のガス圧を、1気圧を超える正圧に維持するガス圧調整弁、
(d)燃焼放散塔のガス通路を遮断する主開閉弁、及び、燃焼放散塔の途中から分岐し、排ガス経路内の残留排ガスを燃焼放散するバイパス管、
を備えることを特徴とする残留排ガス処理装置。
図2に示す排ガス経路において、竪型炉の操業休止時に、遮断弁を作動させ、排ガス管内に、窒素を、1,300Nm3/hr送給するとともに、ミスト分離機の炉頂圧調整弁を閉じ、経路内圧調整弁の開度を適宜調整し、ミスト分離機内のガス圧を、48hPaに保持した。

Claims (13)
- 竪型炉の操業が休止又は停止した時、排ガス処理機器を含む排ガス経路内に残留する可燃成分を含む排ガスを処理する方法において、
(a)竪型炉と排ガス処理機器の間の排ガス管を遮断し、
(b)遮断弁の近傍から、排ガス処理機器側の排ガス経路内に、窒素を送給するとともに、
(c)排ガス処理機器を含む排ガス経路内のガス圧を、1気圧を超える正圧に保持し、
(d)CO及びH2の逆火速度を超える流速で、燃焼放散する
ことを特徴とする残留排ガス処理方法。 - 前記排ガスが、CO:25〜30%、及び、H2:2〜3%、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の残留排ガス処理方法。
- 前記排ガス処理機器が、ガス冷却機及びガス吸引除塵機を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の残留排ガス処理方法。
- 前記排ガス経路内のガスを、燃焼放散する前に、冷却し、冷却された排ガスをガス吸引、除塵することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の残留排ガス処理方法。
- 前記逆火速度を超える流速が、5m/秒以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の残留排ガス処理方法。
- 前記逆火速度を超える流速が、12m/秒以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の残留排ガス処理方法。
- 竪型炉の操業が休止又は停止した時、排ガス処理機器を含む排ガス経路内に残留する可燃成分を含む排ガスを処理する装置において、
(a)竪型炉と排ガス処理機器の間の排ガス管を遮断する遮断弁、
(b)遮断弁の近傍から、排ガス処理機器側の排ガス経路内に、窒素を送給する窒素送給手段、
(c)排ガス処理機器と燃焼放散塔の間に在って、排ガス処理機器を含む排ガス経路内のガス圧を、1気圧を超える正圧に維持するガス圧調整弁、
(d)燃焼放散塔のガス通路を遮断する主開閉弁、及び、燃焼放散塔の途中から分岐し、排ガス経路内の残留排ガスを燃焼放散するバイパス管、
を備えることを特徴とする残留排ガス処理装置。 - 前記排ガスが、CO:25〜30%、H2:2〜3%、を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の残留排ガス処理装置。
- 前記排ガス処理機器が、ガス冷却機及びガス吸引除塵機を含むことを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の残留排ガス処理装置。
- 前記排ガス経路内のガスを、燃焼放散する前に、冷却し、冷却された排ガスをガス吸引、除塵することを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の残留排ガス処理装置。
- 前記排ガス経路内のガスを、バイパス管の出口から、CO及びH2の逆火速度を超える流速で、燃焼放散することを特徴とする請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載の残留排ガス処理装置。
- 前記逆火速度を超える流速が、5m/秒以上であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の残留排ガス処理装置。
- 前記逆火速度を超える流速が、12m/秒以下であることを特徴とする請求項7〜12のいずれか1項に記載の残留排ガス処理装置。
