Claims (10)
- 電流コレクタシステム(40)であって、
回転シャフトに取り付けられた導電スリップリング(27)と、
部分的に囲われたAC高電圧電流導電リングチャネル(220)を形成し、且つそこにスリップリング接触部材(70)が取り付けられた固定導電リング組立体(44)と、
前記スリップリング(27)と前記固定導電リング組立体(44)とを少なくとも部分的に囲うための接地電位にある区画(56)と、
前記スリップリング接触部材(70)の冷却及び清浄の少なくとも1つを達成するために、流体を前記導電リングチャネル(220)に配向するソース(300)と、
前記導電リングチャネル(220)から前記流体を排出するために、前記導電リングチャネル(220)に接続された狭くなった断面開口(418)と、前記区画(56)を貫通し且つ該区画(56)に連結されたより大きな直径断面部分(465)とを含む錘台(414)を有する中空円錐形状絶縁体(400)と、
を備えるシステム。 - 前記スリップリング(27)と前記固定導電リング組立体(44)とが、これらの間に形成される間隙(48)を有するように取り付けられ、前記ソース(300)が前記流体を前記区画(56)内へ配向する結果、該流体が前記間隙(48)を通って前記導電リングチャネル(220)内に移動して、前記スリップリング(27)と前記スリップリング接触部材(70)との境界面の冷却及び清浄の少なくとも1つを付加的に達成するようにする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記絶縁体(400)が、前記区画(56)を超えて位置する出口ポート(428)まで広がる円錐形状で連続して延びる請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記絶縁体(400)が、前記区画(56)を超えて増大する直径を有する請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記絶縁体(400)が、前記区画(56)を超えて凸状の湾曲の内壁部分(426)を有する請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 回転トランスシステム20であって、
回転シャフト(28)の周りを回転するロータ巻線を有するロータ組立体(22)と、
ステータ巻線(25)を有するステータ(24)と、
前記ロータ組立体(22)を回転させるモータ(30)と、
前記ロータ組立体(22)に電流を印加する高電圧電流コレクタシステム(40)と、
を備え、
前記高電圧電流コレクタシステム(40)が、
前記回転シャフト(28)に取り付けられた導電スリップリング(27)と、
部分的に囲われた導電リングチャネル(220)を形成し、且つそこにスリップリング(27)接触部材(70)が取り付けられた固定導電リング組立体(44)と、
前記スリップリング(27)と前記固定導電リング組立体(44)とを少なくとも部分的に囲うための接地電位にある区画(56)と、
前記スリップリング(27)と前記スリップリング接触部材(70)との境界面の冷却及び清浄の少なくとも1つを達成するために、流体を前記導電リングチャネル(220)に配向するソース(300)と、
前記導電リングチャネル(220)から前記流体を排出するために、前記導電リングチャネル(220)に接続された狭くなった断面開口(418)と、前記区画(56)を貫通し且つ該区画(56)に連結されたより大きな直径断面部分(465)とを含む錘台(414)を有する中空円錐形状絶縁体(400)と、
を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記スリップリング(27)と前記固定導電リング組立体(44)とが、これらの間に形成される間隙(48)を有するように取り付けられ、前記ソース(300)が前記流体を前記区画(56)内へ配向する結果、該流体が前記間隙(48)を通って前記導電リングチャネル(220)内に移動して、前記スリップリング(27)と前記スリップリング接触部材(70)との境界面の冷却及び清浄の少なくとも1つを付加的に達成するようにする請求項6に記載のシステム。

- 前記絶縁体(400)が、前記区画(56)を超えて増大する直径を有する請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記絶縁体(400)が、前記区画(56)を超えて凸状の湾曲の内壁部分(426)を有する請求項9に記載のシステム。
