の関係を満たすことを特徴とするものである。
nr2/nd=1/(2NM2)
の関係を満たすようにしてもよい。

Claims (4)
- 撮像により各画素において取得される信号電荷を増倍する電荷増倍部を有し、前記各画素のフルウェルサイズが装置仕様により決定される1画素で受光しうる最大光量に相当する電子量の1/Mである固体撮像手段と、
前記固体撮像手段から前記信号電荷の読み出しを所定時間当たりにN回行う読出手段とを備え、
各画素のフルウェルサイズが前記電子量と等しい基準固体撮像手段から前記所定時間当たりに1回前記信号電荷の読み出しを行った場合におけるダークノイズをnd、読出ノイズをnrとした場合、前記M、前記N、前記ダークノイズndおよび前記読出ノイズnrが下記の関係を満たすことを特徴とする撮像装置。
nd(1−1/M)>nr2(N2−1) - さらに下記の関係を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1記載の撮像装置。
nr2/nd=1/(2NM2) - 照明光を被測定部まで導光して照射する照射手段と、該照射手段による前記照明光の照射により前記被測定部から発生する光学像を撮像する請求項1または2記載の撮像装置とを備えたことを特徴とする画像撮像装置。
- 前記照射手段および前記撮像装置の一部または全部が、生体内部に挿入される挿入部を有する内視鏡の形態であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の画像撮像装置。
