【発明の属する技術分野】
家畜糞堆肥化の為の一次発酵装置と外部熟成方法に関する。
【0002】
【従来の技術】
従来、牛、豚等の家畜糞の堆肥化は各酪農家による独自作業、又は、共同堆肥化設備に負うところ大であった。しかし、先般、家畜糞管理の適正化法案の施行により基準頭数以上の場合の専用施設の設置義務が求められている時、対応する技術開発の中で、特願昭61−153448等にみられる如き、主に、鋼製の縦型内部特殊機構の1000リットルクラスの24時間型ユニット型発酵装置等もあるが、この装置は内部投入された家畜糞の発酵後、装備された機械的手段によって毎回転倒して排出し、これを専用熟成場に所定期間寝かせて堆肥化を行う必要があり、且つ、大規模頭数経営の場合、高価格な前記ユニット型発酵装置を必要処理能力数調達のための資金を要する為、装置自身のコスト、及び、投入物の搬出作業、及び、その後の熟成方法等に改善が求められていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
家畜糞処理に関する新法律の施行によって基準頭数以上飼育の場合の規格堆肥化施設の設置義務が求められて壊滅的な打撃を被りかねない酪農家を対象として、ユニット型の短時間発酵型堆肥化装置の低コスト化と作業性を追求して各酪農家の設備負担の大幅軽減と作業性の向上を図り、更には、関係自治体の施設設置負担軽減をも可能とする家畜排泄物堆肥化装置とシステムの提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の家畜排泄物堆肥化装置は前記課題を解決するため、断熱性を有する保温槽を設けて、この保温槽内部に、主に、500リットル、乃至、1000リットルクラスの消耗品としての家畜糞投入用のフレキシブルな発酵袋の装着脱可能な発酵槽を収納して家畜糞の内部発熱により一次発酵させ、次に、この発酵袋を外部移動して熟成して堆肥化する装置とシステムに関するもので、斯かる本発明の保温槽は、断熱保温材を用いた、外壁部下部位置に所定口径の通気穴、及び、天井部に排気口を設け、かつ、前部に開閉扉、又は、上部に開閉蓋を密閉可能に設けて形成し、かつ、前記発酵槽は、多孔板等の通気板を用い、かつ、周囲側板上部所定巾に気密板の配置された上部開放型容器として設け、かつ、底面に垂直方向に突設する筒状、又は、隔壁状の通気可能な通気塔を設けて前記保温槽内に固定、若しくは、着脱可能に、かつ、保温槽の内壁面、及び、下部に空隙部を設けて収納し、かつ、前記発酵袋は、通気性シートを用いた縦型の筒状胴部を上部方向に延長形成して、この端部を結束、又は、折り畳んで蓋形式に、下部を同様に、又は、成型して底部形成し、かつ、この底部に前記通気塔に嵌合可能なポケットを胴部内に設けて前記発酵槽に装着し、既に水分調整された家畜糞をスクリューコンベヤー等を用いて投入し、これを上部蓋後保温槽内に収納し、かつ、この発酵槽上部周囲と保温槽内壁面間の空隙部をシール部材を用いてシールし、内部発熱により摂氏70°前後に上げて約24時間前後で一次発酵を可能とし、この一次発酵した家畜糞を発酵袋のまま堆肥盤シート等の所定の保管場所で一定期間熟成させて良質の堆肥作りを可能とするシステムである。従って、このように形成された発酵堆肥化装置は、初期調湿された家畜糞が発酵袋内に投入されて保温槽内に収納されることにより内部で自己発熱が促進されて保温槽内が高熱化し、上部排気口から高温空気が排出されると同時に、外壁部下部位置に配置された通気口から適量の空気が補給されて、これが保温槽内壁と発酵槽周囲上部の空隙部がシールされている為発酵槽と発酵袋の胴、底部周囲から内部を通過して発酵を均一に、かつ、加速することを可能にしている。尚、発酵袋胴部上部に所定巾の気密シートを設けて発酵槽の気密板と代替、若しくは、併用することも出来る。発酵槽は床部にも空隙部が設けられている。かつ、本発明は、保温槽内への発酵槽の収納をフォークリフト等により移動可能な着脱式に設けて外部で発酵袋に家畜糞を投入し、保温槽の前部開閉扉部より搬出入可能に設けて発酵中に次の投入準備を可能としている。或いは、上部開閉蓋を開けて発酵袋を装着脱し、且つ、吊り手を用いて機械的手段により出し入れ可能に形成することも出来る。尚、前記通気塔の設けられた発酵槽の周囲側板を気密板付き外部フレーム構造のパレット式として設けて前記発酵袋を装着することも出来る。又、周囲間隙部のシールは、発酵槽を内部に固定の場合には接合シール方法が望ましく、着脱式の場合には発酵槽を収納した時、装着されたシールパッキング等によって両者が周囲圧着シール可能な機構に形成することが出来る。又は、発酵袋の肩部周囲と内壁面にエプロン等を用いたシール機構を設けることも出来る。尚、前記発酵袋の内部投入物の排出は吊り手で吊った状態で底部を開放、又は、切開するか、或いは、ダンブカーに吊り手を懸けて底部を開放して傾斜排出を行うことも出来る。又、本発明の発酵袋の胴部内袋部の天井部と上部開閉口部に連結手段を講じ、且つ、袋部内部に吊り手を設けて天地可能に成型して内部の家畜糞を上下して切り返し可能に設けることも出来る。

又、本発明は上記発酵袋を、縦型胴部の対面するシート間に橋絡する垂直方向の、内部に所定厚の波板、若しくは、多孔材等を内蔵して中空保持可能な通気隔壁を所定高に設けて横、又は、底部より吸入して内部に通気可能に、又は、下部に吸入口付きの通気筒を周囲胴部によって懸垂可能に初期形成して家畜糞投入可能に形成し、かつ、この発酵袋を、多孔面板上に外部フレームを設置した平面パレットに装着して保温槽内に、周囲に空隙部を設け、かつ、シール可能に装着して一次発酵可能な通気隔壁内蔵型発酵袋を形成することも出来る。尚、この発酵袋の胴部上部所定巾に気密シート、又は、前記外部フレームの上部周状所定巾に気密板が少なくとも一方に設けられている。又、前記各通気隔壁、或いは、通気筒を別成型して設け、発酵袋胴部内壁部にフック、或いは、面シールファスナー等の接合部材を用いて取り付けて形成することも出来る。

又、本発明は、前記堆肥化装置に於ける断熱保温槽内部に搬出入可能なパレット式発酵槽に家畜糞を直に投入して収納可能に設けたことを特徴とし、この発酵槽は、フオークリフト差し込み用パレットの面板、及び、周囲側板を通気性の多孔板を用いた箱型の上部開放型容器として設け、かつ、この周囲側板の少なくとも1面に排出用扉を開閉可能に設け、かつ、前記面板の上面に垂直方向に突設する所定高の内部中空の通気塔を筒状、又は、隔壁状に設けて家畜糞を上部投入し、かつ、保温槽内壁部との空隙部にシール可能な機構を設けて保温槽内に前部扉より出し入れ可能に構成された家畜糞直投入式発酵槽をパレット式に形成することが出来る。尚、前記周囲側板上部所定巾に気密板が設けられている。このパレット式発酵槽は前記発酵袋を使用しないで設置された堆肥舎に移動して排出後完熟させる方式の為、ランニングコスト上のメリットがある。かつ、この発酵槽をダンプカーに搭載して固定し、開閉扉を開けて傾斜排出することも出来る。

又、本発明は、前記堆肥化装置に於ける家畜糞の前記発酵袋、又は、パレット式発酵槽内への投入をスクリューコンベヤーを用いて行い、かつ、このスクリューコンベヤーの回転軸基部の投入口に、特に、牛糞の場合、おが屑、又は、籾殻等の調湿材を所定量混合することが望ましいとされている為、両者混合投入用のホッパーを組み立て形成し、家畜糞用のホッパーの供給口をスクリューコンベヤーの投入口の上面部に設け、かつ、調湿材の供給口をスクリューコンベヤー基部の底部側部位置に所定口径に設けてそれぞれを自重投入可能に形成し、この場合、家畜糞が回転搬送開始された下部側部から調湿材が巻き込まれて搬送時に両者が充分混合可能に構成された省力化可能な調湿材混合用家畜糞投入装置を形成している。尚、前記それぞれの投入量は調整可能な構造に設けられている。

又、本発明は、前記堆肥化装置に於ける家畜糞投入用スクリューコンベヤーを、調湿材を用いずに、このスクリューコンベヤー底面にガス、又は、電熱、又は、スチーム等の外部加熱手段を講じて底板を加熱し、回転搬送時水分を蒸発させながら発酵適正湿度に調湿可能に形成することも出来る。尚、本調湿装置は上部カバーを設けて強制送風、又は、吸引手段を併用するとなお効果的である。

従って、本発明の家畜糞堆肥化装置が以上の如く形成されているため、断熱保温材を用いた保温槽内に収納された家畜糞が発酵槽と発酵袋自身の内部通気構造によってほぼ24時間で一次発酵を可能にすると同時に、このように一次発酵した発酵袋を装着したパレットをフォークリフトを用いて、又は、発酵袋の吊り手をチェーンブロック等によって容易に搬出可能に設け、これを所定の場所に堆肥盤シート等を敷いて一定期間積み置きして継続発酵させて良質の堆肥を醸成し、更に、この発酵袋ごと目的地に搬送可能な極めて簡易な装置とシステムとして構成されている。或いは、任意に所定の場所に移動して発酵袋から排出して塾成させることも出来る。又、この発酵袋下部口部を結束した紐を解いて下部を開放して内部投入物を任意に排出出来る為各酪農家のニーズに応じて作業方法を選択出来、かつ、この発酵袋は使い捨て、若しくは、数回の繰り返し利用も可能としている。又は、パレット式発酵槽を用いて同様に熟成することが出来る。従って、各酪農家は飼育頭数規模に合わせてこの装置を設置すれば良く、かつ、簡易で格安な保温槽と、月々の経費処理可能な発酵袋の利用によって堆肥化が可能な為、規格堆肥舎設置の為の大掛かりな投資を不要として酪農家への貢献が可能と同時に、家畜糞の発生元処理を可能とする為公共の施設を不要とし、関係自治体の抱える問題解決をも可能とする大変優れたシステムである。又、本発明は調湿材配合可能なスクリューコンベヤー装置、更には、調湿材不要の調湿用スクリューコンベヤーを用いて家畜糞の堆肥化装置の充実が図られている。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明による牛、豚等の家畜糞堆肥化装置を図面で説明すると、図1に示す通り、畜舎1から排出された家畜糞2をスクリューコンベヤー3等を用いて着脱式発酵槽4に装着された発酵袋5内に投入し、これを保温槽6に密閉収納してほぼ24時間の一次発酵後、堆肥盤シート7等の敷かれた熟成場に横持ちして一定期間積み置いて熟成させて堆肥化を可能とする装置とシステムであって、図2の如く、保温槽6は断熱材8と枠体9からなる外壁10、及び、排気口11付き上部屋根12と前部開閉扉13を設け、且つ、外壁部下部位置に所定径の吸入用通気穴14を設けて形成され、発酵槽4は通気性多孔板15を周囲側板4A、及び、床面4Bに用い、且つ、側板周囲上部に所定巾の気密板16を配置したパレット状に形成し、かつ、床面から垂直方向所定高の、かつ、所定径の下部口部17Aより吸入可能な中空の通気塔17を設け、これを保温槽6内に胴部周囲空隙部A、及び、下部空隙部Bを設けて収納可能に形成し、一方、発酵袋5は通気性のシート18を用いた縦型の胴部5Aを上下に延長形成して上部端部5Bを結束紐19で結束、又は、蓋可能に設け、下部端部を同様に、又は、底部20形成し、かつ、この底部の発酵袋5胴部内に前記通気塔嵌合用のポケット21を設け、かつ、外部に吊り手22を設けて形成し、これを発酵槽4に装着して家畜糞の上部投入、及び、蓋後、フォーリフト等を用いて保温層内に収納し、この時、図4の如く、周囲空隙部Aを発酵槽側板4Aの横、及び、奥部3面に用いた水平所定高の型鋼等のフランジ23下面と前面の気密板16に固定装着されたシールパッキング24を保温槽内壁のシール受け25によって上下方向に、かつ、開閉扉13内面によって水平方向に圧着して4方シール可能なシール機構を形成し、内部発熱が始まって発酵が促進し、高熱化した保温層内の空気が排気口11から排出されると同時に、通気穴14から適量の外気が補給され、この補給された外気が周囲空隙部A、及び、底部空隙部B、及び、通気塔17内から均等に発酵袋5内部を経て上部に抜けることにより発酵をより促進させ、発酵温度を摂氏70度前後に高めて一次発酵を可能にしている。従って、発酵槽4の上部周囲の気密板16部と周囲シール機構が吸入された空気を発酵槽4と発酵袋5内部を通過するように形成している。尚、発酵袋5胴部上部に気密シート5Cを設けて前記気密板16と代替、若しくは、併用しても良い。尚、図示していないが前記空隙部Aのシールはエアーを用いたインフレート式、或いは、成型シール部材の嵌め込みも可能で、かつ、発酵袋上部肩部と保温槽内壁部に気密シートをエプロン状等に設けてシール機構を形成することも出来る。尚、前記通気塔17は胴部横断の隔壁状に設けることも出来る。かつ、図示していないが前記通気塔の設けられたパレット式発酵槽周囲側板を気密板16付き外部フレーム構造に設けて発酵袋を装着することも出来る。この場合も気密板16と気密シート5Cを代替、若しくは、併用することが出来る。以上の如く発酵槽を搬出入可能な着脱式に設けることによって発酵中に次の投入準備をしておくことが出来る。又、本発明は、図示していないが発酵槽4を保温槽6内部に固定配置構造として上部周辺部をシール部材を接合してシールすることが出来る。又、保温槽6、及び、発酵槽4を丸型にも形成出来、かつ、床部を嵩上げして空気層を設けて発酵袋を直置き装着して屋根蓋を開閉して投入、及び、搬出入可能に設けることも出来る。この様な簡易な装置とシステムで醸成された堆肥は発酵袋のまま吊り手22をチェーンブロック、又は、フォークリフト等で吊ってトラックに積載して目的地で下部結束紐19を解いて、又は、底部を切開して、或いは、吊り手をダンブカー前部背部に懸けて底部を開放して傾斜排出することも可能である。又、本発明は、図5の如く発酵袋5内のポケット21天井部と同上部端部5B結束部に両端封止のパイプ、又は、ロープ等の連結部材26をグリップ部26Aのずれ防止手段を設けて装着し、かつ、ポケット21内部に吊り手22Aを設けて形成し、一次発酵後の外部熟成期間に発酵袋5を内部吊り手22Aを吊って上下を天地して内部の熟成中の家畜糞を発酵袋5内で落下させて内部切り返しを繰返えし行って熟成をより加速させ、かつ、均一熟成化することも出来る。

或いは、前記発酵袋は第2の実施態様として図5の如く、縦型筒状胴部の対面するシート間に橋絡する垂直方向の内部に波板27、若しくは、多孔材等を内蔵して中空保持可能な所定厚の通気隔壁28を所定高に設けて初期形成し、横、又は、底部の断面より吸入して通気可能な発酵袋29を設けて家畜糞の上部投入可能に形成し、この発酵袋を図7の床面30Aの多孔板15上に外部フレーム30Bを設置し、かつ、周囲上部所定巾に気密板16の設けられた平面パレット30に装着して保温槽6内に収納し、周囲の空隙部A上部を前記の如くシールして通気隔壁内蔵型発酵袋29を収納可能に形成することも出来る。尚、この発酵袋の胴部上部所定巾に気密シート29Dを設けて外部フレームの気密板16と代替、若しくは、併用することも出来る。また、図示していないがこの発酵袋29内に下部吸入口付きの通気筒を周囲胴部によって懸垂可能に設けることも出来る。又、前記各通気塔を別成型して設け、発酵袋胴部内壁部にフック、或いは、面シールファスナー等の接合部材を用いて取り付けて形成することも出来る。

又、本発明は、第3の実施態様として図8に示す如く、保温槽6内部に搬出入可能なパレット式発酵槽31を家畜糞2の直接投入方式として設け、フオークリフト差し込み用パレットの床板31Aと周囲側板31Bを通気性の多孔板を用い、上部周囲所定巾に気密板16を配した箱型の上部開放型容器として設け、かつ、この1面に排出用開閉扉31Cを設け、かつ、面板31A上面に突設する所定高の隔壁状通気塔17、又は、これを筒状に設けて家畜糞を投入し、保温槽6内壁部との空隙部Aを前記同様シール機構を設けて保温槽内に出し入れ可能に構成された家畜糞直投入式発酵槽31をパレット式に形成することが出来る。このパレット式発酵槽は前記発酵袋5、29を使用しないで設置された堆肥舎に移動して排出後完熟させる方式の為、ランニングコスト上のメリットがある。尚、このパレット式発酵槽はダンプカーに固定搭載して目的地で開閉扉31Cを開けて傾斜排出することも出来る。

又、本発明は、第4の実施態様として図9に示す如く、前記堆肥化装置に於ける家畜糞の発酵袋5,29、又は、パレット式発酵槽31内への投入をスクリューコンベヤー3を用いて行い、かつ、このスクリューコンベヤーの回転軸基部の投入口3Aに、特に、牛糞の場合、おが屑、又は、籾殻等の調湿材32を所定量混合することが望ましいとされている為、両者混合投入用のホッパーを組み立て形成し、家畜糞用のホッパー33の供給口をスクリューコンベヤーの投入口3Aの上面部に設け、かつ、調湿材のホッパー34供給口34Aを底部側部3B位置に所定口径に設けてそれぞれを自重投入可能に形成し、この場合、家畜糞が回転搬送開始された下部側部から調湿材が巻き込まれて搬送時に両者が充分混合可能に構成された省力化可能な調湿材混合用家畜糞投入装置35を形成している。尚、前記それぞれの投入口に調整弁36が設けられている。

又、本発明は、第5実施態様として図10に示す如く、前記堆肥化装置に於ける家畜糞投入用スクリューコンベヤー3を、調湿材を用いずに、このスクリューコンベヤー底面にガスバーナー37、又は、電熱、又は、スチーム等の外部加熱手段を講じて本体底板3Cを加熱し、回転搬送時水分を蒸発させながら発酵適正湿度に調湿可能な加熱式調湿装置38を形成することも出来る。尚、図示していないが本調湿装置は上部カバーを設けて強制送風、又は、吸引手段を併用し、且つ、脱臭装置を設けるとなお効果的である。
【発明の効果】
上記の如く構成された本発明による家畜排泄物堆肥化装置は、家畜糞に関する新法律の施行によって基準頭数以上飼育の場合の大掛かりな規格堆肥化設備の設置義務が求められて壊滅的な打撃を被りかねない酪農家を対象とし、発酵装置システムを保温槽内に500乃至1000リットルクラスのユニット型の発酵、及び、熟成可能な経済的通気構造の吊り手付き発酵袋、又は、パレット式発酵槽を収納して一次発酵を可能とし、且つ、外部熟成して堆肥化可能に、又、同時に調湿装置をシステムとして併せ提供することによって以下の如き大きな効果が期待出来る。
▲1▼酪農家の規模に合わせて導入可能な簡易な上記発酵装置は、高規格施設設置に比べ設備資金が大幅に少なくて済む。
▲2▼且つ、家畜糞の発生元処理が可能となるため、行政側に於いても莫大な用地取得費や設備費、及び、運転維持費が全く不要となるのみならず、地域環境を破壊する危惧無く対策を講ずることが出来る。
▲3▼既存のユニット型発酵装置と比べても大幅な低コストで設置出来る。
▲4▼且つ、上記と同等の発酵性能を有すると同時に、搬出入、及び、横持ちをフォークリフト、及び、ダンプカー等を用いて大変楽に行うことが出来る。
▲5▼又、一次発酵の家畜糞を発酵袋内で堆肥盤シート等に外積み置きして熟成することも出来る。
▲6▼保温槽内で一次発酵中に、次の発酵袋への投入作業を完了しておくことが出来る。
▲7▼且つ、この発酵袋を使い捨ての消耗品として低コストで提供し、或いは、繰り返し利用可能に設けて、更に経済性を高めることが出来る。
▲8▼パレット式発酵槽を用いてランニングコストの低減を図ることも出来る。
▲9▼家畜糞と調湿材の混合をスクリューコンベヤーにホッパーを組み立て形成して半自動的に行うことが出来る。
▲10▼スクリューコンベヤーの底板を加熱して調湿材を用いずに調湿が可能である。
