Claims (2)
- 外周面に車輌アウタ側から順にフランジ部と一方の内輪軌道とこの内輪軌道と段部を挟んで形成された小径部とが形成された軸体と、
外周面に他方の内輪軌道が形成され前記小径部に外嵌された内輪と、
前記軸体および前記内輪と同心状に回転可能に配置され内周面に複列の軌道を有する外輪と、
前記軸体および前記内輪と前記外輪との間に介装された複列の転動体とを備え、
前記フランジ部よりも車輌アウタ側に位置する前記軸体の車両アウタ側端部に凹部が形成され、
前記凹部の入口側端面をかしめ受け治具で受けた状態で、前記軸体の車両インナ側端部に形成された有底の円筒部を径方向外向きに屈曲変形させてかしめ部を形成し前記内輪を前記軸体に固定した、転がり軸受ユニットであって、
前記凹部の入口側端面から車両インナ側端部までの深さ寸法をH、前記凹部の入口側端面から前記内輪の前記段部に当接する車両アウタ側の端面までの距離をH1、前記内輪の軸方向幅寸法をH2としたときに、
H1≦H≦H1+0.9×H2
とされた
ことを特徴とする転がり軸受ユニット。 - 前記凹部の内径寸法をφA、前記かしめ部の内径寸法をφBとすると、

であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の転がり軸受ユニット。
