Claims (2)
- 被測定対象物の温度を測定する計測用熱電対と、
前記計測用熱電対の一方の接続部と離間した場所に設けられた温度補償用センサと、
前記計測用熱電対の一方の接続部と温度補償用センサとの間の温度差を計測する補償用熱電対とを備え、
前記計測用熱電対の他方の接続部に前記補償用熱電対の、前記温度補償用センサに接続された側の導体部と同一の材料からなる導体部を接続したことを特徴とする温度補償装置。 - 筐体と、
筐体外部にある被測定対象物の温度を測定する計測用熱電対と、
前記計測用熱電対の一方の接続部と離間した場所であって筐体内部に収容された基板上に装着された温度補償用センサと、
前記筐体内外を導通する接続子であって前記計測用熱電対の一方の接続部と当該接続子の筐体外部側にある一端とが接続された接続子と、
前記接続子の筐体内部側にある他端と前記温度補償用センサとを導通接続する第1の弾性片と、
前記接続子の筐体内部側にある他端と前記基板に設けられた補償用熱電対の計測回路とを導通接続する第2の弾性片とを備え、
前記第1の弾性片と第2の弾性片とが協働して前記計測用熱電対の一方の接続部と温度補償用センサとの間の温度差を計測する補償用熱電対を構成するとともに、前記第1の弾性片と第2の弾性片に対して前記基板が着脱自在なことを特徴とする温度補償装置。
