Claims (12)
- 気体を圧縮するための遠心圧縮機(1)と、前記圧縮機(1)を駆動するためのステータ(5)およびロータ(6)を有する電動モータ(4)とを備え、前記圧縮機(1)および前記電動モータ(4)が、気体入口(8)および気体出口(9)を備える共通の気密ハウジング(7)内に収容され、前記ステータ(5)が、前記圧縮機ユニットのハウジング(7)の、前記ステータ(5)を包囲している壁セクションと、前記電動モータ(4)のステータ(5)とロータ(6)の間に延びる気密性の仕切り(22.2)と、前記仕切り(22.2)と前記圧縮機ユニットのハウジング(7)の間に延びる少なくとも1つの端壁(22.1)とによって画定された別個のステータ空間(21)内に収容されている圧縮機ユニットであって、前記仕切り(22.2)が、当該仕切り (22.2) と、前記電動モータ (4) のステータ (5) およびロータ (6) と、の間にクリアランスが存在する状態で延在しており、前記ハウジング(7)の内部で生じる気体の作動圧力の下でそれがステータ(5)およびロータ(6)の隙間を維持するのに十分な高い強度の材料からなることを特徴とする圧縮機ユニット。
- 前記仕切り(22.2)の高強度の材料が、繊維強化プラスチック(22.3)を具備してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮機ユニット。
- 前記仕切り(22.2)が、前記ロータ側に耐腐食性の層(22.4)を具備してなることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の圧縮機ユニット。
- 前記仕切り(22.2)が、気密性の層(22.4)を具備してなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の圧縮機ユニット。
- 前記仕切り(22.2)が、腐食しない金属の層(22.4)を具備してなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の圧縮機ユニット。
- 前記仕切り(30)が、ポリアリールエーテルケトンの層(40)を具備してなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の圧縮機ユニット。
- 前記仕切り(22.2)の壁厚が、中央部よりも端部(22.5,22.6)で大きいことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の圧縮機ユニット。
- 前記仕切り(22.2)および前記端壁(22.1)が、1つまたは複数の密封リング(22.7)を用いて気密様式で互いに接続された別個の部品であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の圧縮機ユニット。
- 前記ステータ空間(21)が、冷却媒体を供給および排出するための冷却ユニットとの接続部(23,24)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の圧縮機ユニット。
- 前記仕切り(22.2)が、ロータ側およびステータ側にそれぞれ、別個の内側層(22.4)および外側層(22.3)を備え、少なくとも前記内側層(22.4)が、耐腐食特性を有し、少なくとも1つの層が高い強度を有し、少なくとも1つの層が気密性であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の圧縮機ユニット。
- 前記内側層(22.4)および外側層(22.3)が、内側殻および外側殻の形態で、別個に製造され、
前記内側殻の外径が、同じ圧力および温度の下で、前記外側殻の内径よりも大きく、
前記内側殻が前記外側殻内に押し込まれることができるように、前記外側殻の直径が、気体または液体の圧力を用いて一時的に増大させられ、かつ/または、
前記内側殻の直径が、温度の低下によって一時的に減少させられ、その後、内側殻の温度および圧力が回復させられることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の圧縮機ユニットの仕切り(22.2)を製造するための方法。 - 気体を圧縮するための、請求項1ないし請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の圧縮機ユニットの使用法。
