Claims (9)
- 光源(9)から生じる光源信号および干渉光から生じる干渉信号を含むセンサ信号を発生するための光センサ(10)と、
干渉光を減少し、前記光センサによって生成されるショットノイズを低減する光フィルタ手段と、
前記光センサに接続された電気フィルタ手段であって、前記干渉信号をフィルタ除去し、前記干渉信号を実質的に補償する補正信号を発生するための前記電気フィルタ手段であって、前記補正信号を発生する電流シンク(30)を有する前記電気フィルタ手段と、
前記光源信号を処理し、出力信号(Vout)を発生するよう、前記光センサおよび前記電気フィルタ手段に接続された処理手段であって、アンプ(20)および前記アンプに接続されたフィードバック抵抗器(15)を有する前記処理手段とを備え、前記フィードバック抵抗器(15)により、前記センサ信号を処理する間、前記アンプ(20)の飽和を防止し、前記フィードバック抵抗器における熱ノイズを減少する低ノイズ光受信機であって、前記光フィルタ手段は、前記光センサにおいて生じるショットノイズを低減するため、前記光センサへ入射する感度波長レンジの光を低減する光バンドパスフィルタ(40)を有することを特徴とする低ノイズ光受信機。 - 前記光フィルタ手段が少なくとも1つの光カットオフフィルタ(50)を有する、請求項1記載の光受信機。
- 前記光カットオフフィルタ(50)の特性の傾きが前記光バンドパスフィルタ(40)の透過レンジのうちの波長の短いほうの端部にある、請求項2記載の光受信機。
- 前記光カットオフフィルタ(50)がカラーフィルタである、請求項2〜3のいずれかに記載の光受信機。
- 前記光センサが波長選択的なフォトダイオードである、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の光受信機。
- 前記電気フィルタ手段がローパスフィルタ(29)を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の光受信機。
- 前記電流シンク(30)が基本的には干渉信号を補償するよう、調節自在である、請求項1〜6記載の光受信機。
- 前記電気フィルタ手段が前記処理手段(15、20)に並列に接続されている、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の光受信機。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の光受信機を備えた、光電気近接スイッチ。
