Claims (3)
- ベースバンド信号を処理して、マルチチャネル送信機のピーク消費電力を低減する装置であって、
少なくとも一つの入力信号に接続されて、各々が位相シフト済みの前記少なくとも一つの入力信号の組合せを含む複数の出力信号を供給する第1フーリエ変換マトリクス(FTM)と、
前記出力信号に接続されて、前記出力信号の各々のピーク値を制限して複数のピーク制限出力信号を供給する処理ユニットと、
前記ピーク制限出力信号に接続され、前記ピーク制限出力信号を分解して、前記マルチチャネル送信機駆動用の複数の低レベル信号を生成するのに適した複数の出力ベースバンド信号を供給する第2FTMと、を備え、前記複数の出力ベースバンド信号の各々が前記入力信号の一つに対応している、装置。 - 低ピーク消費電力を有するマルチチャネル送信機であって、
ベースバンド信号を処理して前記ベースバンド信号のピーク対平均パラメータを小さくする装置であって、各々が位相シフト済みの少なくとも一つの入力信号の組合せを含む複数のFTM出力信号を供給する第1フーリエ変換マトリクス(FTM)と、前記FTM出力信号の各々のピーク値を制限して複数のピーク制限出力信号を供給する処理ユニットと、前記ピーク制限出力信号を分解して少なくとも一つの出力ベースバンド信号を供給する第2FTMとを含み、前記少なくとも一つの出力ベースバンド信号の各々が前記少なくとも一つの入力信号の一つに対応している、前記装置と、
前記少なくとも一つの出力ベースバンド信号の各々を無線周波数信号に変換して少なくとも一つの無線周波数信号を供給するミキサと、
各々が位相シフト済みの前記少なくとも一つの無線周波数信号の組合せを含む複数の増幅器入力信号を供給する第1アナログFTMと、
複数の増幅器を有し、複数の増幅済み出力信号を供給する電力増幅器であって、各増幅器は前記複数の前記増幅器入力信号の一つに接続される入力を有し、かつ前記複数の前記増幅済み出力信号の一つを供給する、前記電力増幅器と、
前記複数の増幅済み出力信号に接続されて、前記少なくとも一つの出力ベースバンド信号に1対1で対応する少なくとも一つの送信信号を供給する第2アナログFTMとを組み合わせた形で備えるマルチチャネル送信機。 - マルチチャネル送信機のピーク消費電力を低減する方法であって、
各々が位相シフト済みの少なくとも一つの入力信号の組合せを含む複数の出力信号を供給する工程と、
前記出力信号の各々のピーク値を制限して複数のピーク制限出力信号を供給する工程と、
前記ピーク制限出力信号を分解して少なくとも一つの出力ベースバンド信号を供給する工程であって、前記少なくとも一つの出力ベースバンド信号の各々が前記少なくとも一つの入力信号の一つに対応している、前記分解する工程と、
前記少なくとも一つの出力ベースバンド信号の各々を無線周波数信号に変換して少なくとも一つの無線周波数信号を供給する工程と、
各々が位相シフト済みの前記少なくとも一つの無線周波数信号の組合せを含む複数の増幅器入力信号を生成する工程であって、前記増幅器入力信号が前記ピーク制限出力信号に対応している、前記生成する工程と、
複数の増幅器を有する電力増幅器を使用して複数の前記増幅器入力信号を増幅して複数の増幅済み出力信号を供給する工程であって、各増幅器が前記複数の無線周波数信号の一つに接続される入力を有し、かつ複数の前記増幅済み出力信号の一つを供給する、前記増幅する工程と、
複数の前記増幅済み出力信号を分解して、前記少なくとも一つの出力ベースバンド信号に1対1で対応する少なくとも一つの送信信号を供給する工程と、を備える方法。
