Description
Claims (2)
- 軟組織を含む検体に対してX線を照射し、検体を透過したX線を検出するX線測定ユニットと、
前記X線の検出データに基づいて、Z軸上における複数の位置において、前記検体についてそれぞれがX軸及びY軸を有する複数のCT断層画像を形成するCT断層画像形成手段と、
前記各CT断層画像ごとに、皮下脂肪を含む他の組織から、内臓脂肪を弁別抽出する内臓脂肪弁別抽出手段と、
前記各CT断層画像ごとに他の組織から弁別抽出された内臓脂肪について定量を行う手段であって、前記X軸上の各位置において前記内臓脂肪の厚みであるY軸経路長を演算する経路長演算手段を含む定量手段と、
前記各CT断層画像ごとに前記内臓脂肪についての定量結果が反映されたライン画像を形成する手段であって、前記X軸上の各位置における前記内臓脂肪のY軸経路長を前記X軸上に投影することにより前記ライン画像を形成するライン画像形成手段と、
前記各CT断層画像ごとのライン画像を前記複数のCT断層画像の並び順で前記X軸上に配列することによって前記検体における内臓脂肪の空間的な分布を表す画像としてX軸及びZ軸を有する分布画像を形成する分布画像形成手段と、
前記X線測定ユニットにより得られる前記X線の検出データに基づいて、前記検体を表す画像であってX軸及びZ軸を有する背景画像を形成する背景画像形成手段と、
前記背景画像に対して前記分布画像を合成することにより合成画像を形成する合成手段と、
を含むことを特徴とするX線CT装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、
前記背景画像は白黒画像であり、前記分布画像はカラー画像である、ことを特徴とするX線CT装置。
