Claims (3)
- 所定の間隔をおいて対向配置される第1基板及び第2基板と,前記第1基板上に形成され,第1電極,第2電極および電子を放出する電子放出部を含む電子放出構造体と,前記第2基板上に形成され,前記電子から形成された電子ビームによって発光する発光構造体と,を含む電子放出素子であって:
前記電子放出構造体は,前記電子ビームを集束させる集束電極を含み,
前記発光構造体は,前記電子ビームによって発光する蛍光層を含んだピクセルが任意のパターンとして形成される蛍光スクリーンを含み,
前記集束電極は,前記電子ビームが通過するビーム通過孔を有し,前記ビーム通過孔の前記第1電極と平行な方向の長さをLV,前記ピクセルの前記第1電極と平行な方向のピッチをPVとするとき,0.25≦LV/PV≦0.60の条件を満足することを特徴とする,電子放出素子。 - 前記ビーム通過孔内に複数の電子放出部が配置されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の電子放出素子。
- 前記ビーム通過孔内に一つの電子放出部が配置されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の電子放出素子。
