Claims (4)
- コークス炉装入用の石炭を、コークス炉に装入する前にブリケットに成形するコークス炉装入用石炭の製造方法において、
ダブルロール成形機にて、成形温度110〜200℃、ロール周速0.25m/s以下、成形線圧1.6t/cm以上で石炭を成形することを特徴とするコークス炉装入用石炭の製造方法。 - ダブルロール成形機にて、ロール周速0.1m/s以下、成形線圧3.2t/cm以上で石炭を成形することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコークス炉装入用石炭の製造方法。
- 前記ブリケットに成形される石炭は、石炭粒度3mm以下100%、且つ水分が実質的に0%であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のコークス炉装入用石炭の製造方法。
- 前記ブリケットに成形される石炭の原料は、石炭炭化度R0が算術平均0.95以下で、石炭最高流動度MF(log(ddpm))が算術平均1.2以上2.0以下となるような多種銘柄の石炭又は単一銘柄100%であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3いずれかに記載のコークス炉装入用石炭の製造方法。
