【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a container base that can be placed in a state where containers are stacked in a plurality of stages. On the carRelated.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when a large amount of various products are transported from production areas to co-ops and supermarkets, first, a plurality of containers are stacked and placed on a plurality of container trolleys. It is loaded onto the truck in a state of being tightened by a tightening device, and transported to each co-op or supermarket. After that, the container cart is unloaded from the truck, brought into the store, the container cart tightening device is removed, each container is unloaded from the container cart, and the products stored in the container are displayed on the display shelf. . In addition, the empty container trolley is stacked in a stacked state, loaded onto a truck, and sent back to the production site or the like. At this time, there are cases where a large number of cover plates are stacked on the container carriage and sent back to the production site or the like.
[0003]
Conventionally, two types of container carts are generally used as such container carts.
In the container truck of the first embodiment, the truck body is assembled by welding a plurality of frame members made of iron angles, and then the surface of the truck body is subjected to rust prevention coating. Moreover, the caster with a wheel is attached to the lower surface of the trolley | bogie main body in the fixed state using the countersunk bolt and the nut.
The container cart of the second form is assembled by connecting a plurality of frame members made of resin angles to the cart body by using resin corner members. Also in this case, the casters with wheels are fixedly attached to the lower surface of the cart body using countersunk bolts and nuts.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the container cart having the above-described configuration still has the following problems to be solved.
That is, the container cart of the first form has the following problems.
(1) When the rust preventive coating is peeled off during use and rust is produced, and the product is a fresh food or the like, the image is significantly deteriorated from a hygienic viewpoint.
(2) Since the container cart is made of iron, it is heavy and difficult to transport and handle and imposes heavy labor on the workers.
(3) Since the main body of the carriage has a structure in which the angle members are simply welded and assembled, the corners are sharp, and when hitting a building or the like, the building or the operator may be damaged.
(4) It is necessary to tighten both the countersunk bolt and the nut with a spanner or a wrench, and the maintenance work of the wheel becomes complicated.
[0005]
On the other hand, the container cart of the second form has the following problems.
(1) Since both the frame member and the corner member constituting the main body of the carriage are made of resin, when subjected to an impact force, the frame member and the corner member are easily cracked or broken, shortening the service life and increasing the running cost.
(2) Since both the frame member and the corner member constituting the main body of the carriage are resin molded products, the mold cost is high, and it is difficult to change the size corresponding to the product.
(3) Also in this case, it is necessary to tighten both the countersunk bolt and the nut with a spanner or a wrench, and the maintenance work of the wheel becomes complicated.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, is hygienic, can be easily moved, has sufficient strength, can reduce running costs, and can be easily maintained. Container standCarThe purpose is to provide.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In line with the purposeClaim 1The container cart has a rectangular frame with front, rear, left, and right frame members having an L-shaped cross section,TheA corner plate is attached to each of the four inner corners of the rectangular frame,AboveFront, back, left, upper surface of the horizontal part of the right frame memberAboveIn addition to forming the container placement surface on the top surface of the corner plateAboveIn container carts with wheels attached to the bottom of the corner plate,
AboveThe front, rear, left and right frame members are formed from aluminum or aluminum alloy hollow members having an L-shaped hollow cross section.,
In addition, the orthogonal ends of the front, rear, left, and right frame members are connected to each other by a corner joint, and the corner joints are in contact with the orthogonal ends, respectively. A joint body having an end surface and a base portion are integrally connected to the orthogonal first and second vertical end surfaces of the joint body, respectively, and are fitted into the orthogonal end portions of the front, rear, left, and right frame members. The first and second fitting connection pieces are formed in plate-like form, and the bases of the first and second fitting connection pieces are connected to the inner surface of the outer peripheral side of the end portion in a surface contact state, and beyond The part is bent to the inner peripheral side and connected to the inner peripheral side inner surface of the end part in a surface contact state..
More preferably, the front, rear, left and right frame members are made of an aluminum extrusion mold having an L-shaped hollow cross section.
[0008]
In this case, the container is placed in a plurality of stages on the container placement surface of the container carriage, and the container carriage is moved after the container is secured to the container carriage using the container carriage tightening device. At this time, since the rectangular frame forming the main part of the container carriage is made of a hollow member made of aluminum or aluminum alloy, the container carriage can be significantly reduced in weight. Therefore, the container cart can be easily moved, loaded onto the truck, and unloaded from the truck. In addition, since the rectangular frame of the container carriage is made of a hollow member made of aluminum or aluminum alloy, not only can the weight be reduced, but also the section modulus can be increased, so that sufficient mechanical strength is maintained. Even if a large impact force is applied, damage and the like can be prevented, and it can be used without replacement for many years.
[0009]
[0010]
Here, the base part and the front part of the first and second fitting connection pieces are preferably formed by using blind rivets, and the front, rear, left and right frame members are arranged at the outer peripheral side inner surface and the inner peripheral side at the orthogonal ends. It can also be connected to the inner surface.
In this case, after the first and second fitting connection pieces are fitted to the front, rear, left, and right end portions of the right frame member without any gaps, these end portions are connected using a blind rivet or the like. Therefore, the connection strength of the adjacent frame members by the corner joint can be remarkably improved.
[0011]

The container cart according to claim 3 is the container cart according to
In this case, when moving a container trolley loaded with containers, it is not stable when the container is pushed, and it is impossible to push the container trolley itself because the height is low. Since the container cart can be easily moved by pushing the frame, the container cart can be moved easily. In addition, by removing the hand frame, a plurality of empty container carts can be easily stacked. In addition, the lower end of the hand frame can be configured to be bendable so that the hand frame can be folded on the container carriage.
The container cart according to claim 4 is the container cart according to
[0012]
The container cart according to claim 5 has a rectangular frame formed by front, rear, left and right frame members having an L-shaped cross section, and corner plates are respectively attached to four inner corners of the rectangular frame. Rear, left, right in the container cart that forms a container mounting surface on the upper surface of the horizontal portion of the frame member and the upper surface of the corner plate and has wheels mounted on the lower surface of the corner plate, the front, rear, left, right The frame member is formed from a hollow member made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy having an L-shaped hollow cross section,
AboveA wheel mounting recess is provided on the upper surface of the corner plate and a wheel connecting nut is integrally fixed to the lower surface, and a connecting bolt is screwed to the wheel connecting nut.AboveCorner plateAboveConnects the top plate of casters equipped with wheels.
In this case, since the wheel connecting nut is fixed to the corner plate, the top plate of the caster can be connected to the corner plate with one spanner or a wrench, and the wheel can be easily replaced.
The container cart according to claim 6 has a rectangular frame formed by front, rear, left and right frame members having an L-shaped cross section, and corner plates are respectively attached to four inner corners of the rectangular frame. Rear, left, right in the container cart that forms a container mounting surface on the upper surface of the horizontal portion of the frame member and the upper surface of the corner plate and has wheels mounted on the lower surface of the corner plate, the front, rear, left, right The frame member is formed from a hollow member made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy having an L-shaped hollow cross section,
AboveThe corner plate is composed of a wheel mounting portion and a wheel movement restricting portion integrally provided on the upper surface thereof,AboveOn the wheel mounting partAboveAn internal thread part for screwing a connecting bolt for connecting a caster having wheels is provided,AboveWith the wheel restAboveThe wheel movement restricting portion is formed by processing a single metal plate. This processing includes using an extrusion mold.
In this case, the wheel mounting portion and the wheel movement restricting portion constituting the corner plate are made of a single metal plate, so that the strength of mounting the corner plate to the rectangular frame can be increased and the corner plate can be attached to the rectangular frame. Installation is also easy.
