Claims (13)
- シールリップを有するシール及び、被密封空間に突出している測定ヘッドを有するセンサー装置からなるシールアセンブリであって、
前記被密封空間(3)に被密封媒体を貯留するための貯留装置(5)が配置され、この貯留装置の中に前記測定ヘッド(4)が突出し、それによって前記測定ヘッド(4)が正常に使用されている場合に、当該測定ヘッドが被密封媒体の作用を受けるシールアセンブリ。 - 前記貯留装置(5)が前記シール(13)に固定されている請求項1に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記貯留装置(5)が貯留リップ(7)を備え、この貯留リップが密封すべき軸(8)の少なくとも一部を取り囲んでいる請求項1又は2に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記貯留リップ(7)が、前記軸(8)の少なくとも一部を接線方向で取り囲んでいる請求項3に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記貯留装置(5)が前記センサー装置(2)に固定されている請求項1に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記貯留装置(5)が滴下孔(6)を備えている請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記測定ヘッド(4)が、被密封媒体の老化状態を検出する測定センサーとして形成されている請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記測定ヘッド(4)が、被密封媒体の温度、圧力、充填量のうちの少なくとも1つを検出する測定センサーとして形成されている請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記シール(13)が支持体(9)を備え、この支持体(9)が、前記センサー装置(2)の配置されている開口部(10)を備えている請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記シールアセンブリに、洗浄管(20)及び洗浄ノズル(21)からなる洗浄装置が設けられ、該洗浄ノズル(21)が前記測定ヘッド(4)に方向付けられている請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のシールアセンブリを備えているハウジングカバーであって
支持体(9)が開口部(10)を有するシールフランジ(12)を備え、前記センサー装置(2)が該開口部(10)に設けられているハウジングカバー。 - 前記シールフランジ(12)が、プラスチックを射出成形することによって形成されている請求項11に記載のハウジングカバー。
- 前記シールフランジ(12)が金属材料から形成されている請求項11に記載のハウジングカバー。
