Description
1.樹脂成分
ナイロン:ナイロン11(BESN,ATOFINA)及びナイロン(6/66)(503BB、宇部興産)(約3:2の重量比)
BIMS:エクソンモービル ケミカル カンパニー(ExxonMobil Chemical Company)から商品名EXXPRO 89−4で市販されている、ムーニー粘度約45、p−メチルスチレン約5重量%及び臭素約0.75モル%のイソブチレン及びp−メチルスチレン共重合体の臭素化物
ZnO:酸化亜鉛(架橋剤)
St−acid:ステアリン酸(架橋剤)
ZnSt:ステアリン酸亜鉛(架橋剤)
可塑剤:N−ブチルベンゼンスルホンアミド
老化防止剤:イルガノックス(Irganox)1098
チヌビン(Tinuvin)622LD及びCuI
表1に示す同じ組成の3つのインフレーションフィルムを混合温度230℃で2軸押出機を用いて混合した。次にこれらの表1に示す同じ組成の3つのインフレーションフィルムを実施例1及び2については250℃の押出温度で製造し、比較例1では同じインフレーションダイを用いて製造した。実施例1及び2のタイヤは180℃で作製した。比較例1のタイヤは185℃で作製した。熱可塑化エラストマーフィルムのExxpro 89−4の架橋状態は表2に示す。これらのフィルムは温度が−20℃及びそれ以下に到達する冬季にカナダで実車試験を行なった。
Claims (11)
- 一部が架橋しているハロゲン化イソブチレンエラストマーとポリアミドからなる動的架橋されたブレンドを含んでなり、ポリアミド中に分散したエラストマーの引張弾性率が0.60MPa未満である熱可塑化エラストマー(TPE)組成物。
- 前記エラストマーがイソブチレンとp−アルキルスチレンの臭素化共重合体を含む請求項1に記載のTPE組成物。
- 前記エラストマーがイソブチレン及びp−メチルスチレンの共重合体を含む請求項1に記載のTPE組成物。
- 前記ポリアミドがナイロン6、ナイロン66、ナイロン11、ナイロン69、ナイロン12、ナイロン610、ナイロン612、ナイロン46、ナイロンMXD6、ナイロン6/66の一種又はそれ以上を含む請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のTPE組成物。
- 前記ポリアミドが160〜230℃の軟化点を有する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のTPE組成物。
- 前記ポリアミドが5〜75重量部で存在し、そして前記エラストマーが95〜25重量部で存在する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のTPE組成物。
- 前記エラストマーが少なくとも50,000の数平均分子量を有する請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のTPE組成物。
- 前記エラストマーが6より小さいMw/Mnを有する請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のTPE組成物。
- 前記エラストマーが125℃におけるムーニー粘度(1+4)(ASTM D 1646−99に準拠して測定)が25又はそれ以上である請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のTPE組成物。
- 前記エラストマーが5〜12重量%のp−メチルスチレンを有し、p−メチルスチレンに対し0.3〜1.8モル%が臭素化された、イソブチレン及びp−メチルスチレンの臭素化共重合体であり、その125℃でのムーニー粘度が30〜65(1+4)(ASTM D 1646−99にて測定)である請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のTPE組成物。
- 請求項1〜10に記載のTPE組成物を185℃より低い温度で架橋することを含んでなる架橋TPE組成物の製造方法。
