Description
また放熱板に成形体を貼り合わせた状態で端部以外の箇所を溶接する必要があるため、溶接手段にはシーム溶接が用いられる。この場合、接合の際には、大きな溶接歪が発生するため溶接後の歪取り工程が必要となる。
本発明によれば、各部材の端部が隣接する部材の端部に乗り上げた状態で溶接することができるので、単に部材同士をつき合わせて溶接する場合に比べて、より確実に部材同士を接合することができる。
さらに分割された各部材をアーク溶接で接合することにより、溶接歪を抑制することが可能となり、溶接後の歪取りに要する工数を削減することができる。したがって本発明によれば、融雪効率が高い消雪パネルを低コストで製造することができる。
図1は本発明の実施の形態に係わる消雪パネルの平面図、図2はノズル部を示し、(a)は平面図、(b)は左側面図、(c)は(a)のA−A線断面図、図3は直線溝部材を示し、(a)は正面図、(b)は平面図、図4はU字形部材を示し、(a)は平面図、(b)は左側面図、(c)は(a)のB−B線断面図、図5は図1のC−C線断面図、図6は図1のD−D線断面図である。
鋼板をプレス成形し(一回のプレスで2列の溝を形成、全体で10回の成形)、U字溝部を成形し、次いでノズル部を成形後、成形体を複数のローラ間に通してプレス工程で長手方向に生じたしわ(厚さ方向の歪み30〜50mm程度)を除去し、得られた、単重36kgの単一の部材を放熱板に仮固定し、この部材の長辺と短辺をシーム溶接し、溶接歪みを除去してから、表面処理(亜鉛めっき)を施すことにより、上記と略同様の寸法を有する消雪パネルを製造した。
Claims (5)
- 矩形状の放熱板と、その一方の表面との間に熱媒体が流動するつづら折り状の流路を形成する流路形成部材とを備えた消雪パネルにおいて、前記流路形成部材は前記熱媒体が流入する第1のノズル部材と、前記熱媒体が流出する第2のノズル部材と、これらの間に配設され台形状断面を有する複数列の直線溝部材と、相隣る直線溝部材の端部が接続される複数のU字溝部材とからなり、前記第1のノズル部材、第2のノズル部材、U字溝部材のそれぞれと、前記直線溝部材とが連結される連結部に継目部を設け、当該継目部は固着されると共に、前記各直線溝部材はその短手方向の両端部が長手方向の全長にわたって前記放熱板に固着されることを特徴とする消雪パネル。
- 前記第1のノズル部材、前記第2のノズル部材及び前記U字溝部材のそれぞれは、その端部に段付部が形成され、前記段付部に前記直線溝部材の端部が差し込まれた状態で前記直線溝部材に固着されて前記継目部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の消雪パネル。
- 前記直線溝部材は、その端部には段付部が形成され、
前記第1のノズル部材、前記第2のノズル部材及び前記U字溝部材は、それぞれの端部が前記段付部に差し込まれ、その状態で前記直線溝部材に固着されて前記継目部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の消雪パネル。 - 前記放熱板と前記直線溝部材との固着、及び前記第1のノズル部材、前記第2のノズル部、前記U字溝部材のそれぞれと前記直線溝部材との固着は、
アーク溶接により行われることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の消雪パネル。 - 相隣る前記直線溝部材の間に隙間が設けられ、その隙間は0.5〜5mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の消雪パネル。
