図1〜図4には、本発明に係る電線余長吸収装置の一実施形態を示し、図5及び図6にはガイドピン(ガイド部材)及び防振ゴム(振動吸収部材)の変形例を示す。
(1)圧縮コイルばね27を引張コイルばねに変更し、引張コイルばねの内側に防振ゴム付きのばね軸を挿入して構成する。このようにすれば、本実施形態の効果と同様にして、ドア開閉時又は車両走行中の異音の発生が防止されるとともに、電線余長吸収装置の構造を簡素化することが可能となる。
(2)防振ゴム50を2色成形で一体的に固着させる代わり、防振ゴム50を接着材でガイドピン20に固着させる。このようにしても、2色成形した場合と同様の効果を奏し、ガイドピン20からの防振ゴム50の剥がれ等の損傷を防止することができる。

Claims (7)
- ケース本体とカバーとを有するケースと、
前記ケース本体の離間した壁面間に互いに平行に配置された十字断面状の2本のガイド部材と、
該2本のガイド部材の各々に外挿されたコイルばねと、
前記ガイド部材の一端との間に前記コイルばねを挟むように前記ガイド部材に往復移動可能に取り付けられて、巻き付けられたワイヤハーネスを前記ケース内に引き込む方向に前記コイルばねにより付勢された可動部材と、を備え、
前記ワイヤハーネスの余長部分が前記ケース内に収容されるようにした電線余長吸収装置であって、
前記コイルばねが外接する前記ガイド部材の外側面が防振ゴムにより形成されている、ことを特徴とする電線余長吸収装置。 - 前記防振ゴムが、ゴム状弾性を有する軟質合成材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電線余長吸収装置。
- 複数の前記防振ゴムが、前記ガイド部材の周方向で等間隔に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電線余長吸収装置。
- 前記ガイド部材の外側部外面に溝が形成され、該溝に無端状の前記防振ゴムが着脱自在に取り付けられたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電線余長吸収装置。
- 前記ガイド部材の外側部外面に係止部が形成され、前記防振ゴムの内面に、該係止部に係合する係合部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電線余長吸収装置。
- 前記防振ゴムが、前記ガイド部材に二色成形されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電線余長吸収装置。
- 前記防振ゴムの表面に、該防振ゴムより摩擦係数の低い低摩擦層が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電線余長吸収装置。
