b.TMPDE:トリメチロールプロパンジアリルエーテル
試験サンプルの調製(ボディーウォッシュ配合物):
1.最終配合物中2.0%ポリマーにするために十分なポリマー(上記表のA〜N)を量り分ける。脱イオン水で前もって希釈する。
2.ラウレス硫酸ナトリウム(Steol(商標)CS−230、Stepan、Inc.から入手可能)を添加して、最終配合物中12%活性成分を得る。
3.10%NaOH溶液で配合物のpHを6.2〜6.4に調節する。
4.コカミドプロピルベタイン(Amphosol(商標)CA、Stepan、Inc.から入手可能)を添加して、最終配合物中3%の活性成分を得る。
5.適量の脱イオン水で合計量にする。サンプルを1時間以上平衡化させ、必要ならばNaOHでpHを調節する。
6.サンプルを3つに分ける。1つにポリエチレンビーズ(Performalene(商標)2000MiniPrills、New Phase Technologiesから入手可能)を添加して0.5%にし、混合して組み入れる。第2のものに、ホホバワックスビーズ(Jojoba Wax Prills40/60、A&E Connockから入手可能)を添加する。第三のものをレオロジー測定に使用する。
7.サンプル1のレオロジーを25℃および40℃で測定する。ビーズ懸濁液を室温および45℃でモニターする。
1レオロジー分析は、TA Instruments AR2000レオメーターで、25℃、60mm0.5°スチールコーンを用いて行った。低から高剪断応力法から得られる標準定常状態流量を分析に使用し、剪断応力は0.002Paから700Paに増大した。粘度を10−4および10s−1の剪断速度でのPa・sで記録する。
パール化2−イン−1コンディショニングシャンプー
1.最終配合物中1.4%ポリマーにするために十分なポリマーMを量り分ける。脱イオン水であらかじめ希釈する。
2.ラウレス硫酸ナトリウム(Steol(商標)CS−230、Stepan、Inc.から入手可能)を添加して、最終配合物中12%の活性成分を得る。
3.10%NaOH溶液で配合物のpHを5.5〜5.7に調節する。
4.コカミドプロピルベタイン(Amphosol(商標)CA、Stepan、Inc.から入手可能)を添加して、最終配合物中3%の活性成分を得る。
5.ココ−グルコシド、グリコールジステアレートおよびグリセリンの混合物(Euperlan(商標)PK−1200、Cognis、Inc.から入手可能)を添加して、最終配合物中2%の活性成分にする。
6.ジメチコン、ラウレス−23およびC12−15パレス−3の混合物(Dow Corning2−1491 Emulsion)の混合物を添加して、最終配合物中3%の活性成分にする。
7.5−クロロ−2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンおよび2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンの3:1混合物(Kathon(商標)CG殺生物剤、Rohm and Haas Company,Philadelphia、PAから入手可能)を添加して、最終配合物中0.06%の活性成分にする。
8.適量の脱イオン水で合計量にする。サンプルを1時間以上平衡化させ、必要ならばpHをNaOHで調節する。
9.前述のように25℃でサンプルのレオロジーを測定する。シリコーンおよびパール化剤の懸濁/安定化について、サンプルを室温および45℃でモニターする。
2−イン−1コンディショニングシャンプー
1.最終配合物中1.4%ポリマーにするために十分なポリマーMを量り分ける。脱イオン水で前もって希釈する。
2.ラウリル硫酸アンモニウム(Stepanol(商標)AMV、Stepan、Inc.から入手可能)を添加して、最終配合物中6.2%活性成分にする。
3.ラウレス硫酸ナトリウム(Steol(商標)CS−230、Stepan、Inc.から入手可能)を添加して、最終配合物中6.2%活性成分にする。
4.配合物のpHを10%NaOH溶液で5.7〜5.9に調節する。
5.コカミドプロピルベタイン(Amphosol(商標)CA、Stepan、Inc.から入手可能)を添加して、最終配合物中3%活性成分にする。
6.ジメチコン、ラウレス−23およびC12−15パレス−3の混合物(Dow Corning2−1491エマルジョン)を添加して、最終配合物中3%活性成分にする。

2.10%クエン酸溶液で混合物のpHを2.8に調節する。
3.最終配合物中2.0%ポリマーにするために十分なポリマーNを量り分ける。脱イオン水で前もって希釈する。混合物に添加する。
4.コカミドプロピルベタイン(Amphosol(商標)CA、Stepan、Inc.から入手可能)を最終配合物中3%活性成分になるように添加する。
5.必要ならば10%NaOHでpHを3.4に調節する。
6.適量の脱イオン水で合計量にする。サンプルを1時間以上で平衡化させ、必要ならばNaOHでpHを調節する。
サンプルを3つに分ける。1つのものに、ポリエチレンビーズ(Performalene(商標)2000MiniPrills、New Phase Technologiesから入手可能)を0.5%まで添加し、混合して組み入れる。第二のものに、ホホバワックスビーズ(Jojoba Wax Prills40/60、A&E Connockから入手可能)を添加する。第三のものはレオロジー測定に使用する。
7.前述のようにサンプルのレオロジーを25℃および40℃で測定し、前述のようにサンプルの濁度を25℃で測定する。室温および45℃でのビーズ懸濁について、サンプルをモニターする。
硬質表面洗浄剤:
1.C12−15パレス−7(Neodol(登録商標)25−7、Shell Chemicalから入手可能)を最終配合物中2.5%活性成分になるように脱イオン水に添加する。
2.ラウレス硫酸ナトリウム(Steol(登録商標)CS−230、Stepan、Inc.から入手可能)を最終配合物中1%活性成分になるように添加する。
3.珪酸カリウムを最終配合物中2.5%活性成分になるように添加する。
4.最終配合物中2.0%ポリマーにするために十分なポリマーNを量り分ける。脱イオン水で前もって希釈し、界面活性剤混合物に添加する。
5.PEG−400を最終配合物中5%活性成分になるように添加する。
6.10%NaOH溶液で配合物のpHを10.9〜11.1に調節する。
7.適量の脱イオン水で合計量にする。サンプルを1時間以上で平衡化させる。
8.前述のようにサンプルのレオロジーを25℃および40℃で測定する。10s−1の剪断速度での見かけの粘度は10であり、10−4s−1で1300Pa.sであった。
Claims (7)
- (a)アクリル酸およびメタクリル酸から選択されるカルボン酸モノマー残基を30重量%〜40重量%;
(b)52重量%〜62重量%のC2〜C4アルキルアクリレート残基;
(c)6〜16個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基が存在する、(i)アルキルアクリレート、または(ii)ビニルアルカノエート;の少なくとも1つの残基を5重量%〜15重量%;および
(d)0.01重量%〜2重量%の少なくとも1種の架橋剤の残基:
を含むポリマー。 - 前記の少なくとも1種の架橋剤が、0.05重量%〜0.5重量%の量で存在する請求項1記載のポリマー。
- 全水性組成物基準で0.1重量%〜8重量%の請求項2記載のポリマーを含む水性組成物。
- 全水性組成物基準で5重量%〜40重量%の少なくとも1種の界面活性剤を有する請求項3記載の水性組成物。
- 3〜12のpHを有し、全水性組成物基準で5重量%〜25重量%の少なくとも1種の界面活性剤を有する請求項4記載の水性組成物。
- (i)全水性組成物基準で0.1重量%〜2重量%のマイカ;またはポリエチレン、ポリスチレン、ゼラチン、マイカもしくはホホバワックスから作られるビーズ(ここで該ビーズはオイルまたはビタミンをカプセル化していてもよい);および、
(ii)全水性組成物基準で0.1〜5重量%のシリコーンまたはパール化剤:
の少なくとも一つをさらに含む請求項5記載の水性組成物。 - 全水性組成物基準で1重量%〜2.5重量%の前記ポリマーを有する請求項6記載の水性組成物。
