Description
本発明の他の課題は、この方法によりに評価したイオン交換樹脂を用いて、有機物濃度の低い超純水を製造することができる超純水製造方法を提案することである。
(1) イオン交換樹脂が陰イオン交換樹脂である場合には、酸溶液によってイオンを負荷し、イオン交換樹脂が陽イオン交換樹脂である場合には、アルカリ溶液によってイオンを負荷し、溶出する有機物量を測定することにより超純水製造時の有機物の溶出性を評価することを特徴とする超純水製造用イオン交換樹脂の評価方法。
(2) 陰イオン交換樹脂に負荷する陰イオンの量が陰イオン交換樹脂の陰イオン交換能と同等となるように負荷し、または陽イオン交換樹脂に負荷する陽イオンの量が陽イオン交換樹脂の陽イオン交換能と同等となるように負荷する上記(1)記載の方法。
(3) 上記(1)または(2)記載の超純水製造用イオン交換樹脂の評価方法により評価したイオン交換樹脂を用いて超純水を製造することを特徴とする超純水製造方法。
陰イオン交換樹脂4銘柄(銘柄1〜銘柄4)を準備し、これらを内径約5cm容量1000mLのアクリル製の円筒状カラムに充填して、上部から超純水を、通水速度がSV100となるように供給して通水した。出口から流出する水を、TOC計に接続して、通水開始後1時間経過後から1時間連続的に測定したときのTOC濃度を測定し、平均値を算出した。
陽イオン交換樹脂3銘柄(銘柄5〜銘柄7)を準備し、これらを内径約5cm容量1000mLのアクリル製の円筒状カラムに充填して、上部から超純水を、通水速度がSV100となるように供給して通水した。出口から流出する水を、TOC計に接続して、実施例1と同様にTOC濃度を測定し、平均値を算出した。
Claims (3)
- イオン交換樹脂が陰イオン交換樹脂である場合には、酸溶液によってイオンを負荷し、イオン交換樹脂が陽イオン交換樹脂である場合には、アルカリ溶液によってイオンを負荷し、溶出する有機物量を測定することにより超純水製造時の有機物の溶出性を評価することを特徴とする超純水製造用イオン交換樹脂の評価方法。
- 陰イオン交換樹脂に負荷する陰イオンの量が陰イオン交換樹脂の陰イオン交換能と同等となるように負荷し、または陽イオン交換樹脂に負荷する陽イオンの量が陽イオン交換樹脂の陽イオン交換能と同等となるように負荷する請求項1記載の評価方法。
- 請求項1または2記載の超純水製造用イオン交換樹脂の評価方法により評価したイオン交換樹脂を用いて超純水を製造することを特徴とする超純水製造方法。
