Description
Claims (13)
- 無線制御システムの位置に基づいて、遠隔電子システムのための無線制御信号をカスタマイズするための無線制御システムであって、
前記遠隔電子システムを制御するための制御データを有する無線制御信号を送信するように構成される送信機回路と、
ナビゲーションデータソースから位置データを受信するように構成されるインタフェース回路と、
使用者が操作可能な複数の入力装置と
前記送信機回路及び前記インタフェース回路に接続され、送信コマンドを受信し、ナビゲーションデータを受信し、並びに、少なくとも一つの前記使用者が操作可能な入力装置が操作された場合に、前記送信機回路に対して、前記少なくとも一つの前記使用者が操作可能な入力装置と関連付けられた無線制御信号を送信するように命令すると共に前記位置データに基づいた無線制御信号を与えるよう構成される制御回路と
を具備する無線制御システムであって、前記入力装置が複数の異なる位置と関連づけられており、その異なる各位置が少なくとも一つの異なる無線信号と関連付けられており、前記制御回路が、前記位置データに関連付けられた少なくとも一つの前記入力装置と関連する無線制御信号を送信することを特徴とする無線制御システム。 - 前記送信機回路及び前記制御回路に結合される車内要素をさらに具備し、
前記無線制御システムは、車内に取り付けるために構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線制御システム。 - 前記車内要素は、オーバヘッドコンソール、サンバイザ、または計器パネルであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の無線制御システム。
- 前記制御回路は、位置データ及び無線制御信号をデータ対の集合として記録するよう訓練モードで動作可能であり、
前記データ対の各集合が、前記データ組に記憶される前記無線制御信号と関連付けられる遠隔電子システムに近接する位置を示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線制御システム。 - 前記制御回路は、各データ対に記憶される前記遠隔電子システムに近接する前記位置と、現在位置とを比較するために、複数のデータ対を検索するように構成され、
前記制御回路は、そのデータ組のための前記遠隔電子システムに近接する位置が前記現在位置に近接する場合に、前記送信機回路に対して、データ対からの前記無線制御信号を送信するように命令するよう構成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の無線制御システム。 - 前記無線制御システムは、さらに、無線信号を受信するように構成される受信機回路を具備し、
前記制御回路は、前記無線信号上のデータコードを特定及び記憶するように構成され、
前記送信機回路により送信される前記無線制御信号が、前記記憶されたデータコードを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線制御システム。 - 前記制御回路はさらに、前記記憶されたデータコードと位置を自動的に関連付け、前記記憶されたデータコードとともにデータ組に前記位置を記憶するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の無線制御システム。
- 前記車両の現在位置に基づいて、第1および第2の遠隔電子システムを無線制御するために車両上の無線制御システムを訓練および使用する方法であって、
第1の遠隔電子システムを制御するための第 1 の無線信号に関連するデータを保存するステップと、
第2の遠隔電子システムを制御するための第2の無線信号に関連するデータを保存するステップと、
前記第1の遠隔電子システムの近傍の前記第1の車両位置のための第1の位置情報を受信するステップと、
前記第2の遠隔電子システムの近傍の前記第2の車両位置のための第2の位置情報を受信するステップと、
前記第1の位置情報を前記第1の遠隔電子システムと前記無線制御システムの使用者による入力装置を制御するための第1のデータに関連付けるステップと
前記第2の位置情報を前記第2の遠隔電子システムと前記無線制御システムの使用者による入力装置を制御するための第2のデータに関連付けるステップと
車両の現在位置が前記第1の位置の近傍であると決定された場合に、前記使用者による入力装置の操作により前記第1のデータを有する無線制御信号を伝送するステップと
車両の現在位置が前記第2の位置の近傍であると決定された場合に、前記使用者による入力装置の操作により前記第2のデータを有する無線制御信号を伝送するステップと
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 車両の位置に基づいて遠隔電子システムを制御するために無線制御信号を送信する方法であって、
無線制御信号を要求していることを示す入力信号を入力装置から受信するステップと、
前記車両の現在位置を受信するステップと、
前記車両の前記現在位置を、使用者による入力装置に関連づけられた複数の位置保存データであってその各位置が複数の無線制御信号と関連付けられた複数の記憶されている位置と比較するステップと、
前記現在位置に最も近い前記記憶されている位置に関連付けられる前記無線制御信号を決定するステップと、
前記現在位置に最も近い前記記憶されている位置と関連つけられる前期前記無線制御信号を送信するステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記現在位置に最も近い前記記憶されている位置に関連付けられる前記無線制御信号を送信することが、前記現在位置が前記記憶されている位置の所定の距離内にあると判断するときにだけ前記無線信号を送信することを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記制御データは、ガレージドアオープナーを制御するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記送信するステップは、前記車両の前記現在位置と、記憶されている位置の一覧との前記比較が、前記車両が前記遠隔電子システムに近いことを示す場合に、複数の遠隔電子システムを制御する、異なる制御データを有する複数の無線制御信号を送信することを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ナビゲーションデータソースは、車両コンパスであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
