Description
AlMn5粉末75重量%をPE10重量%およびhBN15重量%と機械的に混合することにより、熱スパッタリング用の粉末混合物を作製した。ニッケルベース基板をNiA15の下塗り層で被覆した。その後、この方法で得られた粉末を基板上にプラズマスパッタした。このテスト中に用いたスパッタリングパラメータを以下の表にまとめた。
Claims (13)
- アルミニウムを主成分としマンガンまたはカルシウムを含有する金属粉末並びに有機粉末を含み、前記金属粉末のマンガンまたはカルシウムが前記金属粉末の5〜20重量%であることを特徴とする摩耗性被膜形成用粉末材料。
- 前記有機粉末が前記材料の合計重量の5〜15重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の材料。
- 前記有機粉末が、次の成分、すなわち、ポリエステル、ポリメチルアクリレート、およびポリイミドのいずれか1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の材料。
- セラミック粉末をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の材料。
- 前記セラミック粉末が前記材料の合計重量の5〜20重量%であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の材料。
- 前記セラミック粉末が、次の成分、すなわち、窒化ホウ素、二硫化モリブデン、黒鉛、タルク、ベントナイト、および雲母のいずれか1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の材料。
- 前記金属粉末が、次の追加元素、すなわち、クロム、モリブデン、ニッケル、珪素、および鉄の1種または複数種をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の材料。
- 前記金属粉末の追加元素が前記金属粉末の重量の10重量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の材料。
- 前記金属粉末が前記材料の合計重量の65〜90重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の材料。
- 前記金属粉末がAlMn5合金であることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の材料。
- 六方晶系窒化ホウ素およびポリエステルをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の材料。
- 前記AlMn5合金が材料の合計重量の75重量%であり、前記六方晶系窒化ホウ素が材料の合計重量の15重量%であり、前記ポリエステルが材料の合計重量の10重量%であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の材料。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の粉末材料の熱スパッタリングによって得られるものであることを特徴とするシール用摩耗性被膜。
