Claims (9)
- 上端に開口部を有し、発電手段を収納する缶と、
前記開口部に設置され、前記発電手段の何れか一つの電極と連結されており、電池内圧が許容値以上に上昇した際には、当該電池内圧によって変形される可変プレートと、
前記可変プレートの上方に配置され、前記可変プレートと相互に電気的に連結されるターミナルキャップと、
前記可変プレートとターミナルキャップとの間に配置され、前記可変プレートが変形される際に当該変形によって破断されるように構成された破断部分を有し、上面及び下面には、端子部によって相互に電気的に接続される上部導電薄膜および下部導電薄膜とを備える絶縁印刷基板と、
前記ターミナルキャップの下面において露出されつつ前記絶縁印刷基板から離れて、形成されており、破断された前記絶縁印刷基板の前記破断部分が前記ターミナルキャップと直接的に接触して通電されることを防止する絶縁部と、
前記開口部の内面に設置されて、前記可変プレート、前記絶縁印刷基板、及び前記ターミナルキャップを前記缶と絶縁させるガスケットと、を備えることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部は、絶縁性素材よりなる薄膜または絶縁テープから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記可変プレートは、電池内圧によって破断される安全弁をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁印刷基板と前記ターミナルキャップとの間には、電池内部の温度が安全温度以上に上昇する際に、電流の流れを抑制または遮断する電流制限手段がさらに備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記破断部分は、前記絶縁印刷基板の中央を横切って形成されたブリッジ状部分に形成された少なくとも一つの孔を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部は、絶縁性素材よりなる薄膜または絶縁テープから構成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記可変プレートは、電池内圧によって破断される安全弁をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁印刷基板と前記ターミナルキャップとの間には、電池内部の温度が安全温度以上に上昇する際に、電流の流れを抑制または遮断する電流制限手段がさらに備えられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部は、耐熱性を有する素材よりなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
