Description
Claims (6)
- 상단에 개구부를 가지고, 발전수단을 수납하는 캔과;상기 개구부에 설치되며, 상기 발전수단의 어느 한 전극과 연결되는 것으로 허용치 이상으로 상승된 내부 압력에 의해 변형되는 가변 플레이트와;상기 가변 플레이트의 상방에 배치되고, 상기 가변 플레이트와 상호 전기적으로 연결되는 터미널 캡과;상기 가변 플레이트와 터미널 캡 사이에 배치되고, 상기 가변 플레이트의 변형에 따라 파단되는 파단부를 가지는 절연인쇄기판과;상기 터미널 캡의 하부면에 형성되는 것으로, 상기 절연인쇄기판의 파단된 부분이 상기 터미널 캡과 직접적으로 접촉되어 전류가 통하는 것을 방지하는 절연부; 및상기 개구부의 내측면에 설치되는 것으로, 상기 가변 플레이트와 절연 플레이트 및 터미널 캡을 상기 캔과 절연시키는 가스켓;을 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 절연인쇄기판의 상면 및 하면에는, 상기 절연인쇄기판을 관통하여 형성된 단자부에 의하여 상호 통전되는 상부 및 하부 도전박막이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 파단부는 상기 절연인쇄기판의 중앙을 가로질러 형성된 브릿지에 형성된 적어도 하나의 홀을 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 절연부는 자외선 경화제 또는 절연 테이프로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 가변 플레이트는 내부 압력에 의해 파단되는 안전변을 더 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 절연인쇄기판과 상기 터미널 캡 사이에는 내부의 온도가 안전 온도 이상으로 상승하게 되면 전류 흐름을 억제 및 차단하는 전류 제한기가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
