上記目的を達成するため、請求項1の発明では、入出庫部とこの入出庫部と階を異にする格納部よりなり、前記入出庫部は車両が入出する入出庫口を有し、前記格納部にはマトリックス状に区画された区画スペースが設けられ、各区画スペースはパレットを前後左右に移動する移動機構を有し、さらに前記区画スペースには少なくても1個以上の空きスペースができるようにパレットが配置され、前記空きスペースを利用して任意のパレットを所定の区画スペースに移動するようにした駐車装置を用いた入出庫方法において、
前記入出庫部と前記格納部との間でパレットを昇降するリフトを前記入出庫口の左右に設け、
(A)前記入出庫口に空パレットを置き、左右一方の前記リフトは前記入出庫部で待機し、前記格納部では出庫する実パレットを左右他方の前記リフトに移動し搭載し、
(B)次に、前記入出庫口に入庫した車両を前記左右一方の前記リフトに移動し、前記左右他方の前記リフトを前記入出庫部に移動し、
