Claims (9)
- 微量試料を保持する試料保持室(7)が形成され、前記試料保持室(7)内に光線を入射させて通過した透過光により試料保持室(7)の位置検知を行って試料保持室(7)の位置制御をするようにしたことを特徴とするインジェクター。
- 前記試料保持室(7)がローター(10)に形成され、前記試料保持室(7)内に光線を入射させて通過した透過光により試料保持室(7)の位置検知を行ってローター(10)の回転制御をするロータリー式とした請求項1記載のインジェクター。
- 前記試料保持室(7)には光透過性を有するキャピラリーチューブ(6b)が配設された請求項1又は2記載のインジェクター。
- 前記光透過性を有するキャピラリーチューブ(6b)としてヒューズドシリカキャピラリーチューブを用いた請求項3記載のインジェクター。
- 前記試料保持室(7)の前のキャピラリー光伝導管(6a)として水とエタノールの混合溶液を満たした四フッ化エチレンチューブを用いた請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のインジェクター。
- 前記ヒューズドシリカキャピラリーチューブの外壁に光透過性樹脂がコーティングされた請求項4又は5記載のインジェクター。
- 前記キャピラリーチューブ(6b)の内壁に試料保持能力を有する固定相を付与した請求項3乃至6のいずれかに記載のインジェクター。
- 前記光線としてレーザー光を用いた請求項4乃至7のいずれかに記載のインジェクター。
- 前記試料保持室(7)への光線の入射により位置検出すると同時に入射光による試料保持室(7)の温度上昇にともなって試料を脱離させるような固定相を前記試料保持室(7)に形成した請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のインジェクター。
