Description
Claims (12)
- 高圧の油圧用途のためのスライダー制御弁(V)であって、
ハウジングスライダーボア(2)内に収容され、ポンプ吐出流が無圧循環する中立位置と、少なくとも1つの外部装置制御位置間を移動可能なスライダーピストン(K)であって、前記中立位置において前記スライダーボアの壁に設けられた同軸的な循環チャネル(12,13)を連通するために、及び、前記外部装置制御位置において前記循環チャネル(12、13)を前記スライダーピストンの外周面(7)によって遮断するために、少なくとも1つの直径方向に貫設された循環ボア(D)を含むスライダーピストン(K)と、
循環チャネル(12、13)の付近の圧力上昇に基づく作用を前記スライダーボアの反対側の壁に伝達する圧力伝達システムと、
を備え、
前記スライダーピストン(K)が、
前記外周面(7)上の前記循環ボア(D)のポンプ側端部及び他端部(10、11)周辺に窪みを有し、該窪みは、前記スライダーピストンの軸(X)に関して直径方向に向き合う圧力場(F1、F2)を生じさせ、それにより、前記スライダーピストンに加わる横力を減少させることを特徴とするスライダー制御弁。 - 前記循環ボア(D)の前記ポンプ側端部(11)の前記窪みには、前記循環ボア(D)の内径(d)より小さい幅(a)を有する少なくとも1つのチャネル(14)が設けられ、該チャネル(14)は、前記ポンプ側端部(11)の中央から前記スライダーピストンの前記外周面(7)上に、前記スライダーピストンが前記中立位置から前記外部装置制御位置へ移動する方向に軸方向に延在し、
前記循環ボア(D)の前記他端部(10)の窪みは、前記スライダーピストンの前記外周面(7)の平坦部分(8”)および/またはチャネル(8)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスライダー制御弁。 - 前記他端部(10)のチャネル(8)は2つのチャネルが前記他端部(10)の中心に対して円周方向にオフセットされた軸方向に延在するか、軸方向に対して斜めに延在することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスライダー制御弁。
- 前記他端部(10)に設けられた窪みは、前記スライダーピストンの前記外周面(7)上において、前記ポンプ側端部(11)に設けられた窪みより大きい面積を占めることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスライダー制御弁。
- 前記スライダーピストン(K)は、前記中立位置から複数の外部装置制御位置へ軸の両方向に移動可能であること、および前記ポンプ側端部(11)の前記少なくとも1つのチャネル(14)および前記循環ボア(D)の前記他端部(10)の前記平坦部分(8”)または前記チャネル(8)は、前記それぞれの端部(10、11)から軸の両方向に延在することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスライダー制御弁。
- 前記循環ボア(D)の前記他端部(10)に関して対称的に前記スライダーピストンの前記円筒形外周面(7)上に形成された前記平坦部分(8”)は、前記循環ボア(D)の前記内径(d)の約150%〜200%の円周方向長さ(e’)を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスライダー制御弁。
- 前記他端部(10)の中心に関して円周方向にオフセットされた2つのチャネル(8)は、軸方向に延在するとともに、接続チャネル(9)によって互いに前記他端部(10)に接続され、前記接続チャネル(9)は、円周方向に延在することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のスライダー制御弁。
- 前記斜めに延在するチャネル(8)は、2つのチャネル(8)が、90°をなして互いに、かつ前記他端部(10)と交差すること、および各チャネルは軸方向に対して約45°をなして延在することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のスライダー制御弁。
- 前記スライダーピストンの前記外周面(7)の前記チャネル(14)および前記チャネル(8)の幅は、前記循環ボア(D)の前記内径(d)の約15%〜25%であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスライダー制御弁。
- 前記チャネル(14)および前記チャネル(8)は、それぞれ前記循環ボア(D)の前記ポンプ側端部及び他端部(10、11)の中心から軸方向に、前記循環ボア(D)の内径(d)の約150%〜200%になる長さ(l)を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスライダー制御弁。
- 前記接続チャネル(9)の幅は、前記循環ボア(D)の前記内径(d)の約50%になることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のスライダー制御弁。
- 前記チャネル(8、14)は、丸のこ刃(SB)によって前記スライダーピストンの前記外周面(7)に切り込まれたスリットであり、該スリットは、前記スライダーピストン(K)の前記軸(X)に対して半径方向に向けられ、前記スリットは、直径が約10mmの丸のこ刃(SB)で切られることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスライダー制御弁。
