Claims (7)
- 好ましくは血液サンプルをその適用部位(18)から少なくとも1つの分析部位(20,22)へフロー輸送するためのミクロ流体用経路構造(14)を有する基体(12)を含む、特に単回用簡易検査による血液分析のための分析用検査要素であって、該経路構造(14)が、該血液サンプルをロードすることが可能でかつ微粒血液成分を保持するための分離手段(36)を備えた希釈経路(24)と、希釈しようとする血液サンプルのアリコートを運搬しかつ該希釈経路(24)と混合部位(40)にて合流するサンプル経路(26)とを有することを特徴とする、前記分析用検査要素。
- 前記血液サンプルの流れを並行する流れに分割する接合部(32)を介して、該血液サンプルが前記サンプル経路(26)と前記希釈経路(24)に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の分析用検査要素。
- 前記サンプル経路および前記希釈経路(26,24)の経路断面積が、通過する前記血液サンプルのサブフローに対する所定の分割比を設定するために相対的に調整されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の分析用検査要素。
- 前記混合部位(40)が、希釈済みの血液サンプルを溶血させるための溶解剤(38)が供与された溶解チャンバー(40)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の分析用検査要素。
- 前記経路構造(14)が、前記血液サンプルの総ヘモグロビン値(Hb)を測定するための第1分析経路(28)と該血液サンプルのグリコヘモグロビン値(HbA1c)を測定するための第2分析経路(30)とを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の分析用検査要素。
- 血液サンプルが分析用検査要素(10)内をミクロ流体用経路構造(14)を介してその適用部位(18)から少なくとも1つの分析部位(20,22)へと運搬される、特に単回用簡易検査として血液分析を実施するための方法であって、該ミクロ流体用経路構造中の分離手段に微粒血液成分を保持することにより液体成分を該血液サンプルから取得し、さらに該成分を分析しようとする該血液サンプルの一部に加えて該液体成分のみによってこれを希釈することを特徴とする、前記方法。
- 出発物質である全血サンプルが前記経路構造(14)中の希釈経路(24)とサンプル経路(26)に並行するサブフローとして供給され、また該希釈経路(24)内の細胞成分が枯渇したサブフローが混合部位(40)にて該サンプル経路(26)内のサブフローと合流することを特徴とする、請求項6記載の方法。
