Claims (2)
- 横方向に延在されオゾンが注入された被処理流体が流入される入口ヘッダ管と、該入口ヘッダ管に下端が連通され前記被処理流体が通流される紫外線照射管と、該紫外線照射管の上端が連通された出口ヘッダ管と、前記紫外線照射管の外側に設置された紫外線ランプとを備え、
前記紫外線照射管は、少なくとも一部が紫外線透過性を有する材料で形成され、前記入口ヘッダ管に連通された側の端部は、前記入口ヘッダ管内に突出して前記入口ヘッダ管内の前記被処理流体中に開口して設けられ、該紫外線照射管の前記入口ヘッダ管内の上部管壁に貫通孔が形成されてなる紫外線照射装置。 - 前記紫外線照射管の少なくとも紫外線透過性を有する材料で形成された部分及び前記紫外線ランプの周囲は、紫外線を反射する反射板で囲われていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の紫外線照射装置。
