Description
Claims (16)
- 第1のレーザビームを付与する段階と、
前記第1のレーザビームから複数の付加的なレーザビームを形成する段階と、
前記付加的なレーザビームの少なくとも2つのために光学トラップを生成する段階であって、前記光学トラップの各々が前記付加的レーザビームの1つと関連しているような段階と、
時空間にわたり複数のマニフォールドを設ける段階であって、前記複数のマニフォールドの各々が少なくとも1つの光学トラップを備え、前記複数のマニフォールドは、それぞれ時空間にわたり離間されているような段階と、
時空間にわたり、前記マニフォールドの各々を、十分短い間隔で順次照射および消滅させて、粒子を1つのマニフォールドから他のマニフォールドに移送かつ捕獲することを可能にし、前記粒子の捕獲および移送で、前記複数のマニフォールドにより前記粒子が移動されるような段階と
を含む、粒子を移送する方法。 - 前記複数のマニフォールドの各々が一列に並んだ光学トラップを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のマニフォールドが複数の一列に並んだ光学トラップを含み、前記光学トラップ列の各々が順次に照射および消滅されて、前記粒子を捕獲および移送することが可能である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の光学トラップ列が実質的に平行に配置されている、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の光学トラップ列は曲線を含み、各線は曲率半径を有している、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のマニフォールドは互いに織り込まれたパターンを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1のレーザビームを付与する段階と、
前記第1のレーザビームから複数の付加的なレーザビームを形成する段階と、
前記付加的なレーザビームの少なくとも2つのために光学トラップを生成する段階であって、前記光学トラップの各々が前記付加的レーザビームの1つと関連しているような段階と、
光学トラップからなる複数のマニフォールドを設け、前記マニフォールドの各々が時空間にわたり十分短い間隔で離間され、該時空間において物質を操作するために異なる空間位置に光学トラップの列を形成することが可能である段階と
を含む、物質を操作するために光学蠕動を実施する方法。 - 前記物質が粒子及び可動性のある物質のいずれかを含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のマニフォールドは生物学的材料を操作するために使用される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記操作は、生物学的セルを、少なくとも1つの所望の位置及び方位に移送することを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記操作は生物学的材料を変形させることを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 第1のレーザビームを付与する段階と、
前記第1のレーザビームから複数の付加的なレーザビームを形成する段階と、
複数のマニフォールドを時空間にわたり生成し、該時空間にわたり前記マニフォールドの各々を十分短い間隔で照射させ、次いで連続して消滅させて生物学的材料の操作を可能にし、生物学的材料を操作するために、前記付加的なレーザビームの各々について制御可能な光学勾配状態を生成する段階と、
を含む、生物学的材料を操作する方法。 - 前記複数のマニフォールドが、前記付加的なレーザビームの各々につい て制御可能な光学勾配状態によって形成される複数の列を含んでいる、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記マニフォールドの各々は、前記付加的なレーザビームの各々について制御可能な光学勾配状態によって形成される列に関連した曲率半径を有している、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記生物学的材料は生物学的粒子の集積を含んでいる、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子は複数の粒子に分離される、請求項15に記載の方法。
