Claims (3)
- 高炉炉体の外壁に複数個の電位検出接点を高さ方向に所定間隔を設けて取り付け、前記検出接点間の電位差を測定し、該電位差の所定時間における移動平均値と電位差の現在値とを比較し、この差が所定の値以下となった場合は、高炉炉床部の温度レベルが低下していると判断することを特徴とする高炉炉床部温度レベルの早期検知方法。
- 前記電位検出接点の少なくとも1個は、高炉炉床レベルに対応する外壁に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高炉炉床部温度レベルの早期検知方法。
- 前記移動平均値が4〜24時間の移動平均値であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の高炉炉床部温度レベルの早期検知方法。
