【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、食する時に熱湯を容器内に注湯して麺体を湯戻し、その後に残湯を排湯する形態の乾燥麺、生麺等の食品を収納した即席食品等の容器に関し、更に詳しくは、排湯操作を簡便、迅速に行うことができるようにした即席食品等の容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の注湯排湯構造の即席食品等の容器、たとえば、即席食品として袋入り生麺、調味料、かやく類等が収納された容器は、まず容器本体からプラスチック蓋を外して、包装袋に収容された生麺、調味料、かやく類等を取り出すと共に、包装袋を開封して取り出した生麺とかやく類を容器本体に戻して熱湯を注湯すると共に、生麺をほぐして後に、再度蓋をして所定時間湯通しし、次に蓋に欠設された切欠を起こして通孔を確保して後、容器を傾けて湯を通孔から排出して湯切りを行い、再度蓋を外して湯通しした麺上に包装袋を開封して調味料を投入し、再度熱湯を注湯すると共に、充分に攪拌して後に、七味等の薬味を加えて食していた。このように、熱湯の注湯と排湯をして適食となる乾燥麺、生麺等の食品を収納した即席食品等の容器には、次のような問題があった。

すなわち、▲1▼容器本体に蓋を着脱する操作が面倒であるといった問題、▲2▼蓋に欠設された切欠を起こして通孔を確保する操作が結構手間であるといった問題、▲3▼蓋に欠設された切欠を起こして排湯のための通孔を確保する場合に湯切口の大きさにバラツキが生じるために湯切り時間や残湯量に差を生じるといった問題、▲4▼手指等で容器を保持して排湯せねばならないが、容器容量に対して湯通し(湯戻し)に必要な湯量が多いために、熱湯をこぼす虞があり細心の注意を払わねばならないといった問題や、こぼした時には軽い火傷を負うといった問題、さらには、▲5▼排湯時、容器を傾けて湯を通孔から排出せねばならないが、湯を含んだ相当な重量の麺が一方に偏在するので、容器本体から蓋が外れないように容器本体と蓋とを所定以上の力で押さえつけなければならないといった問題、また、時には湯通し(湯戻し)した麺を容器からこぼしてしまうといった問題等があり、これらの問題を解決する即席食品等の容器が要望されていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで本発明は、上記問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、熱湯を注湯して麺体を湯戻して後に残湯を排湯する形態の乾燥麺、生麺等を収納する即席食品等の容器であって、排湯操作の手間がかからずに排湯操作を簡便、迅速、確実、安全に行うことができると共に、美麗な端面を有する湯切口を形成することができる即席食品等の容器を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者は、上記目的を達成するために、請求項1記載の発明は、一方に開口部を有するように底板と該底板の周縁に設けられ、上部にフランジ部を有する周壁とからなる容器本体と、前記容器本体の開口部とほぼ同じ外形を有する蓋材とからなり、前記容器本体のフランジ部と前記蓋材とを剥離可能な熱接着部で密封した即席食品等を収納する容器において、前記蓋材には前記熱接着部の内縁近傍に始点と終点とを有し、前記始点から前記蓋材の略中心方向に延びて前記終点に戻る前記容器本体側から形成した略U字状裏ハーフカットと、前記始点と終点とから前記蓋材の周端縁に向かって互いに乖離するように延びる前記容器本体側から形成した案内用裏ハーフカットとからなる断面略漏斗状をした切欠部形成用ハーフカットと、前記切欠部形成用ハーフカットと相似形で前記切欠部形成用ハーフカットより大きく、かつ、前記切欠部形成用ハーフカットを包含するように表面側から形成した略U字状表ハーフカットと表面側から形成した案内用表ハーフカットとからなる断面略漏斗状をした化粧用ハーフカットとを一組とする湯切口形成用ハーフカットがn個順次隣接すると共に前記略U字状裏ハーフカットおよび前記略U字状表ハーフカットが互いに平行ないし前記蓋材の略中心方向に向かうに従って互いに接近するように形成され、隣接する前記湯切口形成用ハーフカットの向かい合う前記案内用裏ハーフカットと前記案内用表ハーフカットを横断すると共にその両端から前記横断した2つの案内用裏ハーフカットに平行に前記熱接着部の内縁側にそれぞれ延びる角括弧状切り込み線が前記熱接着部の内縁より前記蓋材の周端縁側に形成され、さらに前記n個の湯切口形成用ハーフカットのいずれか一方の端部にある前記湯切口形成用ハーフカットの最端側の前記案内用裏ハーフカットと前記案内用表ハーフカットと、他方の端部にある前記湯切口形成用ハーフカットの最端側の前記案内用裏ハーフカットと前記案内用表ハーフカットとが前記蓋材の周端縁に達するように形成されると共に前記蓋材の周端縁に達した前記両案内用裏ハーフカットの両周端縁ないし前記両案内用裏ハーフカットの両周端縁近傍で前記角括弧状切り込み線が形成された側の両周端縁に前記両案内用裏ハーフカットと一致するないし前記両案内用裏ハーフカットと平行な切刃が形成され、かつ、前記蓋材の前記両周端縁に形成された前記切刃を付け根部として前記切欠部形成用ハーフカットおよび前記化粧用ハーフカットと対向する側に突出する第1摘まみ舌片が形成され、さらに、前記第1摘まみ舌片を形成した以外の前記蓋材の周端縁に該周端縁から突出する第2摘まみ舌片が設けられ、前記第1摘まみ舌片を前記熱接着部を乗り越えて剥離することにより、前記切刃と前記角括弧状切り込み線と前記湯切口形成用ハーフカットとが協働してn個の独立した湯切口を形成するように構成したことを特徴とするものである。

以上のように構成することにより、第1摘まみ舌片を手指で摘んで捲り上げることにより、複数の湯切口を一動作で設けることができる。また、第1摘まみ舌片を摘んで捲り上げるだけで、誰でも同じ大きさの湯切口を容易、かつ、確実に得ることができ、従来のように蓋に欠設された切欠を起こして排湯のための通孔を確保する場合に生じた湯切口の大きさのバラツキによる湯切り時間や残湯量に差を生じることがなく、メーカーが狙った食味や食感を誰もが等しく得ることができる。また、湯切時には、湯切口と注湯口を設けた以外の箇所は容器本体と蓋材とが熱接着により接着されているために取扱が容易であり、従来のように注湯した熱湯をこぼすこともなく、また、容器本体と蓋材とを強い力で押さえる必要もなく、さらに湯切り時に湯戻しした麺をこぼすこともない。また、従来のプラスチック蓋に欠設された切欠と異なり、切欠部形成用ハーフカットと化粧用ハーフカットとが蓋材の容器本体側と表面側から互いに交わることのないように形成されているために塵埃等の異物が容器内に入ることがない。さらに、切欠部形成用ハーフカットと化粧用ハーフカットとからなる湯切口形成用ハーフカットを形成したことにより、美麗な端面を有する湯切口を確実、かつ、容易に得ることができる。

また、請求項4記載の発明は、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の即席食品等の容器において、前記湯切口形成用ハーフカットが2ないし3個であることを特徴とするものである。このように構成することにより、蓋材製造時の生産性や品質を良好なものとすることができると共に、麺の太さに左右されることなくスムーズな湯切りを達成することができる。

ところで、前記切刃5、5は前記案内用裏ハーフカット61、72と一致するように、かつ、前記熱接着部2の内縁を越えないように形成するのが最良であるが、前記切刃5、5と前記案内用裏ハーフカット61、72との位置合わせは生産性を落とす危険性があり、上記のように形成する方が好ましい。このように前記切刃5、5を形成する場合には、前記切刃5、5の長さは、前記案内用裏ハーフカット61、72の長さより短く設定し、前記第1摘まみ舌片3を前記熱接着部2を乗り越えて剥離した際に前記切刃5、5の先端の剥離方向線上に前記案内用裏ハーフカット61、72が存在するような長さに設定する必要がある。また、前記角括弧状切り込み線9の前記案内用裏ハーフカット62、71に平行に形成された先端も前記切刃5、5の先端と同様であって、前記第1摘まみ舌片3を前記熱接着部2を乗り越えて剥離した際に前記角括弧状切り込み線9の先端の剥離方向線上に前記案内用裏ハーフカット62、71が存在するような長さに設定する必要がある。なお、図2において、始点A1 、B1 と終点A2 、B2 を・印で示したが、説明の便宜上で示したものであり、本発明の即席食品等の容器には存在しないものである。これ以後に説明する図においても上記と同様である。

次に、本発明の即席食品等の容器の使用方法について、即席食品が即席生麺(うどん)の場合を例に挙げて、図2に示す本発明の第1実施形態の即席食品等の容器を用いて説明する(生麺等の内容物は図示せず)。まず、図1に示す本発明の即席食品等の容器1の蓋材10に設けられた第2摘まみ舌片4を手指で摘んで捲り上げて、容器本体20から約1/2程度まで前記蓋材10を剥離して、容器1内に収納された袋入り生麺、調味料、かやく類等を取り出すと共に注湯口αを設け〔図7(a)参照〕、次に袋を開封して取り出した生麺とかやく類等を容器本体に戻して前記注湯口αから内部に所要量熱湯を注湯すると共に、生麺をほぐして後に、前記蓋材10の前記剥離した部分を再度容器に被せ(図1に示すような状態)、この状態で所要時間調理して後に(湯通しして後に)、次に前記蓋材10に設けられた第1摘まみ舌片3を手指で摘んで捲り上げると、前記切刃5、5と前記角括弧状切り込み部9の四箇所の先端から前記蓋材10が切断し、この切断がそれぞれ前記案内用裏ハーフカット61、62、71、72に達すると前記案内用裏ハーフカット61、62、71、72に沿って切断が進む一方、前記案内用表ハーフカット61’、62’、71’、72’にも切断が進み、その後は前記案内用ハーフカット61、62、71、72、および、前記案内用表ハーフカット61’、62’、71’、72’にそれぞれ連接して形成した前記略U字状裏ハーフカット60、70、および、前記略U字状表ハーフカット60’、70’に沿って切断されて、最終的には前記略U字状裏ハーフカット60、70形状の湯切口が前記蓋材10に二つ形成され、この湯切口を下側となるように容器1を傾けて、この湯切口から容器1内の残湯を図7(b)に示すように排出し(容器1の保持手段は図示せず)、その後、容器本体20から蓋材10を全部捲り取って容器開口部を露出させ、湯通しした麺上に包装袋を開封して調味料を投入し、再度熱湯を所要量注湯すると共に、十分に攪拌して後に、七味等の薬味を加えて喫食する。このように、残湯を排出する湯切口が容器1の蓋材10に設けられた前記略U字状裏ハーフカット60、70の形状に形成されているために、従来技術の項で説明した▲1▼、▲2▼、▲3▼、▲4▼、▲5▼の問題が生じることはない。

このような容器1に用いる容器本体20の構成としては、ポリスチレンペーパー、ハイインパクトポリスチレンシート、ポリプロピレンシート、ポリアミドとポリエチレンないしポリプロピレンとの積層シート、ポリエチレンとポリプロピレンとの積層シート等を周知の真空成形法や圧空成形法で成形して容器としたもの、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン等の射出成形用樹脂を射出成形して容器としたもの、あるいは、発泡スチレン製容器、紙製容器、あるいは、これらからなる二重容器などの熱湯により調理する即席食品用容器として用いられている周知のものを挙げることができる。

また、前記蓋材10、10’、10''としては、図5に示すように、基材40の一方の面に熱接着性接着層50を設けた構成からなる積層材であって、前記基材40としては、紙、アルミニウム等の金属箔、あるいは、ポリプロピレン等のオレフィン系樹脂やポリエステル、ポリアミド等の合成樹脂製シート(合成紙を含む)の単体ないしこれらの組み合わせによる積層体を挙げることができる。また、前記熱接着性接着層50としては、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン−プロピレン共重合体、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体、アイオノマー樹脂、塩化ビニル−酢酸ビニル共重合体、アクリル酸樹脂、メタクリル酸樹脂、エチレン−アクリル酸共重合体、エチレン−メタクリル酸共重合体、エチレン−アクリル酸エステル共重合体、エチレン−メタクリル酸エステル共重合体、ポリエステル樹脂等の単体ないし複合体を挙げることができる。これらの樹脂は、容器本体の構成に応じて、易開封性となるものを適宜選択して用いればよい。また、基材40には、通常印刷層が設けられている。

また、図6に示すように、前記蓋材10、10’、10''に設ける案内用裏ハーフカット61、62、71、72や略U字状裏ハーフカット60、70からなる切欠部形成用ハーフカット6、7は、前記熱接着性接着層50側から前記基材40の他方の面側の最表層の一部を少なくとも残すように、また、前記蓋材10、10’、10''に設ける案内用表ハーフカット61’、62’、71’、72’や略U字状表ハーフカット60’、70’からなる化粧用ハーフカット6’、7’は、前記基材40側から前記熱接着性接着層50の一部を少なくとも残すように設けられており、従来のプラスチック蓋からなる即席食品等の容器のように蓋の表面に欠設された切欠がないので見栄えもよく、また、容器内は密封された状態であり、埃やゴミなどが容器内に入る虞もなく、極めて衛生的である。また、角括弧状切り込み線9についても前記熱接着部2の内縁より外側に形成されているので上記同様である。

また、今までは、湯切口を二つ設ける場合について説明してきたが、略U字状の湯切口を三つ設ける場合についても角括弧状切り込み線9が一つ追加して設けられる以外は同様に設けることができるので説明は省略する。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、今まで縷々説明したように、注湯排湯して適食となる乾燥麺、生麺等を収納する即席食品等の容器であって、排湯時に清潔感のある美麗な端面を有する湯切口を形成することができると共に排湯操作の手間がかからずに簡便、迅速に、かつ、確実、安全に行うことができるという効果を奏するものである。また、湯切り時間や残湯量に個人差がなく、良好な食味や食感を一様に得ることができるという効果を奏するものである。
