Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid material with holes for dripping hot water in which the holes for dripping hot water can be surely formed on an inner lid by releasing the lid material fitted on a container such as a container made of a foamed polystyrene from a releasing cut line. <P>SOLUTION: The lid material with the holes for dripping hot water has a constitution in which an outer lid and the inner lid are releasably laminated through a release layer, and has a shape with a knob part projecting outward at least on one position of the outer peripheral edge. The release layer is formed in a region adjoining the knob part. The inner lid is provided with a plurality of cuts for the holes for dripping hot water in a region facing to the release layer, and the dripping cut is formed inside of the knob part. 本発明は、カップ入り焼きそばや生タイプ即席麺等のように、麺に熱湯を注いで一定時間放置した後、湯切りを行う容器に使用する湯切り孔付き蓋材に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、カップ入り焼きそば等の容器に使用される蓋材としては、外蓋と内蓋が離型層を介して剥離可能に積層され、外周縁の少なくとも1か所に外方に突出するなだらかな山状の摘み部を有する形状であって、内蓋を貫通するように摘み部の近傍に剥離開始切目が形成されるとともに湯切り孔切目が形成され、摘み部を掴んで剥離開始切目の箇所から外蓋を内蓋から剥離させることにより内蓋に湯切り孔を形成できるようにした構成の湯切り孔付き蓋材が知られている。

上記構成の湯切り孔付き蓋材において、剥離開始切目は、図9(イ)に示すように、摘み部aの内側に、蓋材を容器に取り付けた際に容器の外周縁に沿うように円弧状に形成されている。しかしながら、図9(イ)の形状の剥離開始切目bの場合は、打ち抜いて作製した蓋材の取扱い中に蓋材の周縁が擦れて剥離開始切目bの両端縁部の外側の尖った3角形状の部分において内蓋が外蓋から剥離してくるという問題が発生した。そこで本出願人は先に、図9(ロ)に示すように、摘み部aの内側に、蓋材を容器に取り付けた際に容器の外周縁に沿い両端部を外方に湾曲させた円弧状とした剥離開始切目b’を提案した。図9(ロ)の形状の剥離開始切目b’の場合は、剥離開始切目b’の両端縁部の外側において内蓋が外蓋から剥離してくることはないが、摘み部aを掴んで外蓋を内蓋から剥離させる際に、剥離開始切目b’の端縁が容器の外周縁c、即ち蓋材を容器に接着した際の接着部の外端より外側に突出しているため、内蓋の剛性が小さい場合には、剥離開始切目b’の端縁において外蓋と内蓋が分離しにくくなり蓋材が容器から剥離してしまったり、蓋材が破れてしまう等の問題が発生しやすくなるという欠点を有している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明の目的は、蓋材の取扱い中に周縁部にて剥離することなく、容器に取り付けられた蓋材を摘み部を掴んで剥離することにより、剥離開始切目の箇所から蓋材を簡単に外蓋と内蓋に分離させて、内蓋に確実に湯切り孔を形成することができる湯切り孔付き蓋材を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
外蓋と内蓋が離型層を介して剥離可能に積層された構成からなり、外周縁の少なくとも1か所に外方に突出する摘み部を有する形状であり、離型層が摘み部に隣接する領域に形成され、内蓋には離型層に対向する領域に複数の湯切り孔切目が形成されるとともに摘み部の内側に剥離開始切目が形成された蓋材において、摘み部の両端部に蓋材の外周縁から内側に膨出する切欠が形成され、剥離開始切目の両端がそれぞれ前記切欠の先端部と交差している構成とすることにより、剥離開始切目の両端部の外側において蓋材の外周との間に先端の尖った3角形状の部分が形成されることがないのでその部分にて内蓋と外蓋が剥離することがなくなり、かつ摘み部を掴んで蓋材を容器から剥離すると剥離開始切目の箇所から外蓋と内蓋が簡単に分離して確実に内蓋に湯切り孔を形成することができる。

上記湯切り孔付き蓋材において、切欠が、切欠の先端部が蓋材を容器に熱接着した際の外周縁熱接着部に位置するように円弧状に形成されている構成とすることにより、剥離開始切目の端縁が、蓋材を容器に接着した際の熱接着部の外周縁部に位置するようになるので、内蓋の剛性が小さい場合でも、剥離開始切目の端縁にて蓋材が外蓋と内蓋に分離しやすくなり剥離開始切目から確実に外蓋を内蓋から剥離させることができる。

上記湯切り孔付き蓋材において、剥離開始切目の外側に所定間隔をおいて剥離開始切目に略平行に外側剥離開始切目が形成されている構成とすることにより、蓋材を容器に熱接着する際に蓋材と容器の相対位置にずれが生じて蓋材に形成された剥離開始切目が熱接着部の外端より内側に位置するようになっても、摘み部を掴んで蓋材を容器から剥離する際に、外側剥離開始切目の箇所から外蓋と内蓋を剥離させて分離することができる。

上記湯切り孔付き蓋材において、離型層が、剥離開始切目及び外側剥離開始切目の近傍領域においてベタ離型層とされ且つその他の領域において網点離型層とされている構成とすることにより、蓋材を容器から剥離する際に、剥離開始切目ないしは外側剥離開始切目の近傍において内蓋と外蓋が容易に剥離するので、蓋材を容器から剥離させて外蓋と内蓋に分離することが容易となる。また、湯切り孔切目が形成された領域は網点離型層とされているので、外蓋と内蓋の剥離強度がやや強くなり、湯切り孔切目に囲まれた部分は外蓋に接着した状態で抜き取られ、内蓋に確実に湯切り孔を形成させることができる。

上記湯切り孔つき蓋材において、内蓋には、摘み部と蓋材の中心を結ぶ線に対称な摘み部の側に膨出する円弧状の内蓋切目が形成され、剥離開始切目と内蓋切目と蓋材の周縁に囲まれた領域に離型層が形成された構成とすることにより、摘み部を掴んで蓋材を容器から剥離すると、離型層が形成された領域では外蓋が内蓋から簡単に剥離して湯切り孔が形成された内蓋が容器に接着した状態となるとともに、離型層が形成されていない領域では外蓋に内蓋が接着した状態で内蓋切目に沿って内蓋が切り取られて大きい開口を形成することができる。この蓋材を容器に熱接着して取り付けた容器は容器内の食品を暖めたりほぐしたりした後に湯切りする生タイプ即席麺等に適しており、蓋材を剥離させて湯切り孔と大きい開口を形成させた状態で、開口から容器に収納されている個包装された生めんや具材等を取り出し、包装を解いて内容物を容器に入れて熱湯を注ぎ一定時間放置した後に、湯切り孔から簡単に熱湯を排出させて使用することができる。

上記湯切り孔付き蓋材において、蓋材には前記摘み部と対向する周縁に他の摘み部が形成され、外蓋には、摘み部と蓋材の中心を結ぶ線と直交方向の蓋材の周縁に達する外蓋切目が形成され、剥離開始切目と外蓋切目と蓋材の周縁に囲まれた領域に離型層が形成された構成とすることにより、摘み部を掴んで蓋材を容器から剥離すると、離型層が形成された領域にて外蓋が内蓋から簡単に剥離するとともに外蓋切目から切り取られ、湯切り孔が形成された内蓋が容器に接着した状態となる。この蓋材を容器に熱接着して取り付けた容器は、容器内で食品を復元調理した後湯切りするインスタント焼きそば等の容器に適しており、他の摘み部を掴んで蓋材を半分程度容器から剥離させて開口を形成し、開口から容器に熱湯を注いで一定時間放置した後に、上記のように湯切り孔を形成させて簡単に湯切りすることができる。

上記湯切り孔つき蓋材において、外蓋が紙層単体ないしはプラスチックフィルムと紙層の積層体からなり、内蓋がポリエチレン層とアルミニウム箔と熱接着性樹脂層の積層体からなる構成とすることにより、蓋材の内面からのハーフカットにより内蓋を貫通する剥離開始切目、湯切り孔切目、内蓋切目を形成するのが容易となる。また、アルミニウム箔を積層しているので蓋材のカールが少なくなり容器に蓋を熱接着する際の作業性がよくなる。

本発明の第1実施形態の蓋材の底面図及び断面図は図1、図2に示すとおりである。蓋材の形状は、図1に示すように、略円形状であって周縁の1か所に外方に突出するなだらかな山状の摘み部1が形成され、摘み部1の両端部に蓋材の外周縁から内側に膨出する切欠2が形成され、内蓋20には、摘み部1の内側の蓋材を容器に取り付けた際に容器の外縁と重なる位置に剥離開始切目3が形成されて剥離開始切目3の両端が切欠2の先端部と交差するようにされ、剥離開始切目3より容器の中央側に複数の湯切り孔切目4が形成され、蓋材の中央部に摘み部1と蓋材の中心を結ぶ線に対称な摘み部1側に膨出し両端部に内方への突出部5aを有する円弧状の内蓋切目5が形成されている。摘み部1の両端部に形成されている切欠2は膨出した先端が蓋材を容器に接着した際の熱接着部の外周縁部に位置するように形成されている。外蓋10の下面の剥離開始切目3と内蓋切目5と蓋材の周縁に囲まれた領域に離型層が形成されて外蓋10と内蓋20が剥離可能とされている。内蓋切目5は、蓋材を容器から剥離した際に内蓋20に湯切り孔を形成するとともに内蓋20に大きい開口を形成するためのものである。

第1実施形態の断面構成は、図2に示すとおりであり、外蓋10と内蓋20が網点離型層11a 及びベタ離型層11b を介して部分的に剥離可能に積層されており、外蓋10の内面に形成されている離型層は、内蓋切目5より摘み部1側の湯切り孔切目4に対向する領域では網点離型層11a とされ、剥離開始切目3とその近傍に対向する領域ではベタ離型層11b とされており、剥離開始切目3と湯切り孔切目4と内蓋切目5は内蓋20を貫通し離型層に達する状態で形成されている。第1実施形態の蓋材を熱接着により取り付けた容器は生タイプ即席麺等に適しており、摘み部1を掴んで蓋材を剥離させて湯切り孔と大きい開口を形成させた状態で、開口から容器に収納されている個包装された生めんや具材等を取り出し、包装を解いて内容物を容器に入れて熱湯を注ぎ一定時間放置した後に、湯切り孔から簡単に熱湯を排出させて使用することができる。

本発明の実施形態において、外蓋の構成としては、プラスチックフィルムと紙の積層体、紙層の単体とすることができる。プラスチックフィルムと紙の積層体からなる外蓋の場合、紙の厚さは40〜130g/m 程度であり、外蓋を紙の単体とする場合は、紙の厚さは70〜130g/m とするのが好ましい。内蓋の構成としては、ポリエチレン層とアルミニウム箔と熱接着性樹脂層の積層体とするのが好ましい。各層を積層するにはウレタン系接着剤を使用したドライラミネーションまたはポリエチレンの押出ラミネーションにより行うことができる。熱接着性樹脂層としては、熱溶融して押出しラミネーションすることのできるエチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体を主成分とする易剥離性樹脂が使用できる。外蓋の構成としては、例えば、2軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレート12μ/ウレタン系接着剤/印刷層/紙60g/m /部分離型層、2軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレート12μ/ポリエチレン20μ/印刷層/紙60g/m /部分離型層、印刷層/紙80g/m /部分離型層等であり、内蓋の構成としては、ポリエチレン20μ/アルミニウム箔7〜15μ/熱接着性樹脂25μ、ポリエチレン20μ/アルミニウム箔7〜15μ/ポリエチレン20μ/熱接着性樹脂20μ等である。

【発明の効果】
外蓋と内蓋が離型層を介して剥離可能に積層された構成からなり外周縁の少なくとも1か所に外方に突出する摘み部を有する形状であり、離型層が摘み部に隣接する領域に形成され、内蓋には、離型層に対向する領域に複数の湯切り孔切目が形成されるとともに摘み部の内側に剥離開始切目が形成された蓋材において、摘み部の両端部に蓋材の外周縁から内側に膨出し先端部が蓋材が容器の外周縁熱接着部で熱接着された際に容器の外周縁熱接着部に位置するように切欠が形成され、剥離開始切目の両端がそれぞれ切欠の先端部と交差している構成とすることにより、剥離開始切目の両端部の外側において蓋材の外周との間に先端の尖った3角形状の部分が形成されないのでその部分にて内蓋が外蓋から剥離することがなくなる。また、蓋材の剥離開始切目の端縁が熱接着部の外周縁部に位置するようになるので、摘み部を掴んで蓋材を容器から剥離すると剥離開始切目の箇所から外蓋と内蓋が分離するととともに、剥離開始切目の端縁にて外蓋と内蓋が容易に剥離するので、剥離開始切目の端縁にて蓋材が容器から剥離したり、蓋材が破れたりする問題がなくなり確実に湯切り孔を形成することができる。
