Description
【0001】
【0016】
<構成>
【0033】
<構成>

In the above description, each unit is connected to another inverter, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, when there are four sets of units, two sets of upstream units are connected in series or in parallel to the same inverter, one set of units downstream of these is connected to another inverter, and further downstream units are connected. One set of units can also be connected to another inverter.

That is, a plurality of sets of units are connected to another inverter, one set or two sets or more, and by these inverters, the fuel is compared with one set or two or more sets positioned upstream in the fuel gas flow direction. The output current may be controlled so that the current density is reduced in one or more units located downstream in the gas flow direction. This allows the cell tube (single cell) of the downstream unit to be controlled. However, deterioration over time is suppressed, and power can be generated stably for a long time.
[0047]
In the above description, a plurality of cell tubes are collectively replaceable cartridges. Of course, in the present invention, such cartridges are not necessarily used, but simply a unit having a plurality of cells. Also good.
[0048]
【The invention's effect】
As specifically described above with the embodiment, according to the fuel cell of the first invention, a plurality of units each having a plurality of cells are provided, and the fuel gas is serially connected to the plurality of units. In the fuel cell configured to flow and the current also flows in series to the plurality of sets of units, the electrical connection of the cells in each unit is located upstream in the flow direction of the fuel gas. Compared with the unit or two or more units, the current density is smaller in one unit or two or more units located downstream in the flow direction of the fuel gas.Compared with one or more sets of units located upstream in the fuel gas flow direction, one or more sets of units located downstream in the fuel gas flow direction are connected in parallel. To increase the number of cellsTherefore, even in the unit cell (single cell) on the downstream side, deterioration with time is suppressed, and power can be stably generated for a long time.
[0049]
Further, according to the fuel cell of the second invention, in the fuel cell comprising a plurality of units each having a plurality of cells, the fuel gas is configured to flow in series in the plurality of units. One unit or two or more units are connected to another inverter, and these inverters allow the flow of the fuel gas to be compared to one or more units located upstream in the fuel gas flow direction. One or two or more sets of units located downstream in the direction are characterized by a configuration in which the output current control is performed so that the current density is smaller. Even in the unit cell (single cell) on the downstream side, Deterioration with time is suppressed, and power can be generated stably for a long time. Moreover, since each inverter is electrically separated, even if there is a malfunction in any of the units, power generation can be continued in another healthy unit, and reliability is improved.
[0050]
According to the fuel cell of the third invention, in the fuel cell of the second invention, the inverter controls the output current so as to decrease the current density of the unit in accordance with a decrease in the terminal voltage of the unit. Therefore, control corresponding to deterioration with time different for each unit is possible, and more efficient and stable power generation is possible.
A fuel cell according to a fourth aspect of the present invention includes a plurality of units each including a plurality of sets of cartridges, and is configured so that fuel gas flows in series in the plurality of sets of units, and the current is also the plurality of units. In the fuel cell configured to flow in series with each other, the electrical connection of the cartridge in each of the units is greater than that of one or more sets of units located upstream in the flow direction of the fuel gas. Compared to one or more sets of units located upstream in the flow direction of the fuel gas so that the current density is smaller in one or more sets of units located downstream in the gas flow direction. In addition, one or two or more units located on the downstream side in the fuel gas flow direction have a larger number of cartridges connected in parallel. To reason, even in the cell tube unit on the downstream side, the deterioration over time suppressed, it is possible to stably generate power for a long time.
